Most brands do not need 1,000 more creators. They need their best 100 to post more often. But how? A lot of TikTok Shop teams are constantly sourcing new affiliates while barely communicating with the creators who already proved they can sell. That gets expensive...fast. Your strongest creators already understand the product, know what content works, and have an audience that has shown buying intent. The bigger opportunity is keeping them active. That means giving creators: - New contest opportunities - Competitive commissions & bonuses - Proven content formats - Product updates - Clear briefs This is a big reason we are building Hubfluence beyond creator discovery. You can identify your top performers through Creator Analytics, move them into VIP Segments, run targeted outreach and re-engagement campaigns, and build incentives around the creators actually producing results. We are also expanding the communication layer through tools like SMS, Discord, and Lark so brands can stay in contact with their creator community outside of one-off TikTok DMs. Recruiting creators matters. But getting a proven creator to make 10 videos instead of 2 can be a much bigger win.

TikTok just killed the worst catch-22 for creator outreach limits...and here's why it's amazing: For 2 years, new shops got 1k creator invites, burned through them, and then dropped to 0 per week until it had GMV. You needed creators to get GMV and GMV to get creators. That's gone. As of this month: - L0-L1 creator invites are unlimited for EVERY shop, including shops at $0 GMV - L2-L7 creator invites scale with your rolling 30-day GMV There's also a new bonus: If you rank in the top 20% of your GMV tier, your limits go up. Why this is good for brands: Brand new shops can now build a real creator bench on day 1 instead of rationing a 1k invites. This is huge news. And the premium levels are no longer bought with GMV alone, they're earned on conversion quality. Targeting just got more valuable than volume, which rewards the operators who actually pick the right creators.

The biggest mistake you can make during a major Amazon sale is assuming today's discount creates a profitable flip. A product might normally sell for $50, drop to $28 during a sale, and look like an easy opportunity. But if 30 other sellers buy the same inventory, that $50 selling price might not be there when your shipment arrives.

I'd rather pass on a product with 60% projected ROI than buy 50 units based on a price that only existed for a few days. Use the historical data to decide whether the discount is worth taking advantage of.

Whop has raised $200M in Series D funding at a $5.1B valuation, backed by @sequoia and @shopify. It really feels like we are barely touching the tip of the iceberg in a market larger than anyone can imagine. We first launched Whop as a better way for us to sell sneaker bots, one of the most niche types of desktop software out there. Total TAM? Probably $20,000 per day. Who cares, tiny market. But, what people discounted is the idea that there were actually 70,000 other markets exactly like that one. Beyond the investment itself, I am especially excited to welcome legendary silicon valley investor @dougleone to our board of directors. Doug and the sequoia team are nothing but a brilliant, resourceful, and principled group of people. My co-founder Cameron and I started building on Shopify when we were 13 years old. Shopify is one of the most impactful all-in-one cloud ecosystems ever created; @tobi has pioneered modern entrepreneurship the way we know it and we are thrilled to have him in our corner. We have a tenet at Whop to be the dumbest in the room and I am very grateful that this has recently become a lot easier. We are focused on markets, scale economies, and progressive media. If that is up your alley, please message me directly. The $200M raised will support our expansion as we build economic infrastructure for the next century, continuing on our mission of delivering everyone an income.

Your best TikTok Shop video might be worth more on Meta than it is on TikTok Shop... TikTok Shop creators should not only get paid from TikTok Shop and here's why: A creator might make one piece of content that performs well organically, generates TikTok Shop sales, and also has the potential to become a strong Meta ad. Most brands stop at the first part. The Meta Affiliate Model: take your best-performing TikTok Shop creator content, collect the usage rights, run it through Meta, and give the creator a revenue share or commission based on the conversions that ad generates. Now the creator can earn from TikTok Shop commissions, Meta ad commissions, and performance bonuses from the same piece of content. The Content Engine: instead of your paid media team starting from zero, they can begin with videos that already have real views, engagement, and sales data behind them. That gives the brand better creative to test and gives the creator more upside if their content continues to perform off-platform. The Incentive Layer: brands can also structure bonus campaigns around Meta performance just like they do on TikTok Shop. Hit a certain revenue milestone. Earn a bonus. Drive a certain number of conversions. Unlock a higher payout. Generate enough revenue across TikTok and Meta. Move into a VIP tier. That is a big reason we are building Hubfluence the way we are. We can track your best-performing TikTok Shop creators and videos, run outreach to recruit those creators into new campaigns, collect usage rights, move approved content into Meta workflows, and track the incentive structure around the campaign. The goal is simple: give your best creators more ways to make money while giving the brand more ways to monetize the content it already knows works.

TikTok Shop can look unprofitable if you only measure TikTok Shop and here's why: A lot of brands look at GMV, subtract commissions, ad spend, samples and shipping, then decide the channel barely works. The problem is that creator content influences a lot more than the order that happens directly inside TikTok Shop. The Halo Effect: - We see this with Hubfluence users too. A creator posts about a product, someone discovers the brand on TikTok, then searches for it on Amazon or buys through Shopify instead. If you're only measuring TikTok Shop GMV, a meaningful part of that creator's impact can disappear from the report. The Meta Content Engine: - The same thing happens with content. Your highest-performing TikTok videos can become some of your best-performing Meta ads because you're starting with content that already has real engagement and sales data behind it. Brands can take those winners, secure usage rights and push them into paid campaigns rather than starting every creative test from zero. We're also seeing our users think beyond just using Meta for ads. It can become part of the affiliate program funnel itself: recruit new creators through Meta, move them into your affiliate programs on both TTS and Meta, then track what they produce and how they perform. That is a big reason we built Hubfluence the way we did. We track creator and video performance through TikTok Shop, connect Amazon and Shopify attribution, help brands collect usage rights for winning content and move those assets into Meta ad campaign workflows. The goal is simple: give brands a much clearer picture of what their creator program is actually producing across every channel, not just the revenue TikTok Shop reports.

Trybe isn’t magic free wining ads. It’s a platform that streamlines creator relationships and makes incentives more transparent. Everything else is a still hard. Being a brand people want to work with. , getting results to attract more creators, training and giving feedback to those creators, coaching them, helping them win etc is still really fucking hard, but it is a fly wheel you can start spinning and it can compound.
On Trybe hype: We’re on it. Have 30 or so creators. But haven’t had any creators want to make a video for free for % of GMV Even the ones that get paid a good amount from % of GMV Has anyone cracked the code on a fully free video flywheel? The way it’s currently going i dont see the value of Trybe - would rather just pay a flat fee direct to the creator. The real use case is the easy upload to meta, but there are bulk ad uploaders for that

I wouldn't use ArbiSource to tell me what to buy. I'd use it to give me more things worth looking at. That's an important difference.

The sourcing tool finds the lead. The analysis decides whether I put money into it. That's how I'd use these two together.
