Our team went from 4 on-call reports a day to 0 for several weeks. Meet Viktor, the AI employee helping us keep our design tools running. Growing from 1,000 to 10K users brought a lot more operational work. We added support staff and more on-call coverage, but there were still reports to pull and incidents to investigate. That’s where Viktor started helping. He pulls our reports, looks into incoming incidents, and sends our team a daily update. We review his proposed changes and approve them before anything goes live. The part I appreciate is knowing someone is keeping track of that work while we’re building. It’s easy to focus on the next feature and underestimate everything needed to keep the existing product working. Viktor has a real job on our team: helping us stay on top of that operational work. More users should be something we look forward to. Having extra support behind the scenes makes that easier. Hire @viktor_com for your team. I guess this means I can finally stop lugging my computer around to run my agent. All I have to do is click and talk... This is what SpeakON is after with their new agent feature and im so for it

we crushed a keyboard. its retirement party got a little out of hand. for years, it was there for every email, every plan, every “just one more thing.” a loyal colleague. a very loud colleague. but your ideas move faster than your fingers. and somewhere between knowing what you want to do and typing it all out, a quick task becomes another thing taking up your afternoon. meet SpeakON AI Agent. start with what you need, in your own words. less time behind a blinking cursor. more room to move things forward. the keyboard had a good run. now, let’s give your voice a turn. THE LAST KEYSTROKE is here. watch the film, then tell us: what’s the first task you’d hand over? speakon.app/x Disclaimer: The calling feature is still in beta and will be available soon. All other Agent features are available now, with ongoing improvements.

I thought choosing our app’s database would take weeks of meetings. We decided in 5 minutes with Viktor this week. Week 5 of building with Viktor. After building apps used by millions of people, I’m getting more deliberate about the infrastructure behind our design tools. My first instinct was to pick whatever other founders recommended. Good demo, reasonable price, done. But I was comparing databases before figuring out what our app actually needed. That made me quite uneasy. So we gave Viktor our requirements: shared projects, user permissions, running costs, and what switching later would involve. His comparison flagged a tradeoff I’d missed: the cheaper option would leave our team building more of the shared-project permissions ourselves. Another option cost more each month but covered more of those requirements. That helped us narrow the shortlist. We started comparing the monthly bill alongside the engineering work needed to make each option fit our app. I want our team spending that time on the features people actually use. So we let Viktor decide and we haven't thought about our database since Most AI tells you what to do. Viktor does it. Hire @viktor_com for your team. $100 in credits included, no card. Conversation history can be a large share of input in a chat app. Gemma 4 26B on Inworld Inference is $0.07 per million input tokens.
Inworld is your new favorite inference provider. We already process tens of trillions of tokens a month because we understand consumer AI different, and we've built our inference from the ground up for it. Today, the inference top consumer AI apps run on is opening up.

Viktor found a 3-step wall between our app and new signups in week 4 of building with him. Our team builds design tools. Viktor gave me an idea today that made me feel a little dumb lol. Our app only had email signup. He suggested adding “Continue with Google.” Such a small thing, but I’d barely thought about it. I almost moved on, since sign-in felt like polish and our roadmap was full of features. It’s easy to get caught up in everything people can do inside the app. But first, they have to get inside. Someone sees your app, gets curious, clicks through… then has to type their email, check their inbox, and find their way back. That’s a lot to ask when they’re just trying to see if they like it. Google sign-in gives people another path: use an account they already have, fill out less, and have a familiar way to come back. Now I want Viktor to help us work through the details, especially what happens when an existing email user chooses Google. Our team will review and approve changes before they go live. I’m learning that improving an app also means making it easier to reach the good part. Founders should give their signup flow the same attention they give their next feature. Week 3 of handing work over to Viktor: he read our Slack history and called me out. I kept typing "please review" in the support channels. Our team builds design tools. Customer emails were already landing in Slack, and our support team was handling them. Somehow, I was still the reminder system. I'd check the channel, notice things piling up, and ask someone to take a look. Then do it again. Viktor spotted that pattern while going through our channel history. Alongside the recurring support issues, he noticed how often the process started with a nudge from me. His proposal was to own the morning triage: group related requests, flag urgent issues, and give support a queue to start from. Our team approves any customer-facing messages or changes before they go out. And this whole week I stopped messaging "please review". Week 2 of handing work over to Viktor: he flagged 14 failed payments and helped us resolve the billing issue within 24 hours. Our team builds design tools. We'd already hired support staff and added more on-call coverage, but there were still reports to go through and issues to investigate. The first sweep was useless. I asked him to check for issues and got back a list of everything that had happened, which is what our dashboards already do. So when I asked for the next one, I added one instruction: investigate the issues you find instead of just listing them. He flagged the failed payments and pointed us toward the renewal retry process. He also made it clear which details still needed checking, including why the payments were being declined. That gave our team somewhere specific to start. Viktor proposes changes. Our team reviews and approves them before anything goes live. I want to open the daily update and know what needs a decision from us. Having someone do the investigation first makes that a lot easier. An AI employee that investigates instead of listing was the aha moment for me. Hire @viktor_com for your team. $100 in credits included, no card. We went from 4 on-call reports a day to literally 0 for the past few weeks. Scaling our design tools from 1,000 to 10K users is the true definition of growing pains. As more people started using what we built, it was getting harder to keep up. So we hired support staff and added more on-call coverage. But we still had reports to pull and incidents coming our way. I started using Viktor to help our team with that. He pulls our reports, looks into incidents as they come in, and sends us an update every day. The part I really like is knowing he’s keeping an eye on things without us having to keep checking everything ourselves. Our team still reviews his proposed changes and approves them before anything goes live. Honestly, it’s nice having someone watching our back while we’re building. That’s been the biggest thing for me. More users shouldn’t mean your team is always on call. Most AI tells you what to do. Viktor does it. $50M in annualized revenue in about seven months is pretty insane! But the 0.002% of knowledge workers call out is the interesting thing to note. If that is the case, Viktor is pretty much ahead right now with little to no competition? Paid Partnership

Exciting update! We've hit $50M in annualized revenue. After just 7 months! BUT we're not even 0.002% into our mission. We're just getting started.
