ernoulli principle in action. Spinning this flexible tube super fast creates a high-speed airflow → low pressure at the end → ping pong balls get 'sucked' up into the tube like magic. No vacuum pump needed—just pure physics

Before the ark, there was an archive. In the Babylonian flood story preserved by Berossus, the god Cronus appears to King Xisuthrus in a dream with a warning: a flood is coming, and mankind will be destroyed. But his first instruction isn’t the boat. It’s this: take the beginnings, middles and ends of all writings and bury them at Sippar, the City of the Sun. Only then is Xisuthrus told to build a vessel, bring his family and closest friends, and load the animals. The writings come first. Now here’s the detail almost nobody talks about. After the waters recede, the survivors hear a voice from the sky telling them to go back, dig up the writings at Sippar, and give them to mankind. They do exactly that, and they rebuild the cities. The knowledge outlived the world that produced it. Now jump to 2020. GitHub, the world’s biggest home for code, takes a snapshot of every active public repository on the planet. That’s 21 terabytes, written onto 186 reels of film built to last 1,000 years, then buried in an old coal mine deep inside the Arctic permafrost of Svalbard. And in a mountain nearby, on the same island, sits the Global Seed Vault, humanity’s backup of the world’s crops. Read that again. One island, one vault for life and one vault for knowledge. The ark and the archive, side by side. Ancient writings beneath the earth, modern code beneath a mountain. It’s the same logic, thousands of years apart: preserve the knowledge, outlast the catastrophe, and leave the survivors something to rebuild from. The ark saves lives. The archive saves the instructions for what comes after. So the real question is: what exactly are they preparing for?

Whose to say thousands of elites now skeletons, are not still there, Left from 12,000 years agp, in their bunkers, now at bottom of sea or under a mile of dirt? Me? I’d rather go quickly. Flash frozen w/a mouth full of my favorite food…like those mammoths.
