As can so often happen on any journey, we have experienced some delays meaning that we will now be launching Allt Gleann later this summer, but we won’t be keeping you much longer.

Torabhaig (pronounced To-ra-vaig) has been a fully operational Single Malt distillery since Jan 2017, the first to be built on Skye in 190 years and only the second legal malt whisky distillery ever to operate on the island. ✌️

For those who missed out on our first expression, Allt Gleann will be released in four separate batches over the next two years.

The distillery at Torabhaig is truly a product of its surroundings and heritage, shaped by the wild landscape and climate of the Isle of Skye. Over four years, we restored derelict buildings to create the distillery, uncovering more history in the process.
The farmstead that the distillery is built on includes the remains of an old mill wheel, which is now powered by the cooling water from our stills. 🥃 #Torabhaig #TorabhaigWhisky #OfficialIsleofSkye
