Hey @BootsUK, I just got this error after trying to pay for an order. After trying again I get the same error, so I check the orders page, both orders are there, yay! Can't find the a "Cancel order" button, I call CS, lady tells me there is nothing they can do. 1/2

Hi @tecnifibre, after only a few games of squash on a 125-S racket, I've cracked a grommet and the string is now rubbing on the frame. Initial advice from the company I bought them from was that it's not uncommon and I should just snip the grommet off, that doesn't seem right?
This is the second pair of @tecnifibre rackets I own, having played with a pair of the yellow 125 for over 5 years, I've never had this issue. Thoughts?
