adoration thread for quenlin blackwell, a rising model 💫
magazine covers: The Cut, Complex, Paper, Dazed
it's funny because i remember when this narrative started.
one of that girl's delusional fans said they FELT LIKE that's what probably happened, the fanbase ate it up because they love a power fantasy, and over time they started to lie as if it actually happened.
if you're crying about people in a gc shit-talking someone you like from a reality tv show, i'm just gonna assume you're 13 years old.
you will never control what people talk about in private, and it literally doesn't affect anybody if you don't make it public. grow up.

we fear our jaws may never close again.
Trinity Tatum, we love seeing you in Tommy.
those fandoms are just defending their fave.
did you know tyris is one of olandria's tiktok mods? thats the guy who went on Spaces to accuse jana and serena of being jealous of olandria and copying off of her.

so why is olandria training her fans like dogs? let's examine the current state of her career. in a nutshell, she would disappear without the extremely devoted sector of her fanbase. here's why:
there are 3 main factors in what contributes to someone's continued success and longevity: public support, industry support, and fan support.
olandria has very little industry support. she has a decent amount of public (internet) support but it's still new and fragile. fan support is her strongest area by far.
i'll discuss some women have other types of support: anok yai, nara smith, awar odhiang.
anok yai has a mix of fan support, public support, and industry support.
anok's fanbase is certainly not as big as olandria's, but it's bigger than most models. and i dont mean followers. fans have a higher level of dedication than followers.
her impact is so much more than just likes on IG or Vaseline ads. a new super with no nepotism at play, anok yai is a true fashion industry icon.
the reason why olandria has less industry support than all of these ladies is because the industry does not want her. she is not fab, she is not fashion. she is tacky.
and the public does not care enough yet to sustain her long-term. they might double tap her picture and then, what else? there's nothing to talk about with her. she doesnt actually do anything except attend events and post ads.
all she truly has is her fans. she gets invites because they make it a full time job to make all her gigs trend, so rising brands and dying brands hit her up to boost their profile. and how long is that gonna last? how long will the dolls fake gag and empty their bank accounts for a woman who provides nothing of substance?

But it’s been crickets when her voodoo dolls harassed, doxed, and bullied women from three seasons and 2 different franchises of love island. A horrible human.
her scolding her fans for fighting each other ODKDKDKSL control it mother xitter.cf/hiztrulyy/status/21134…
notice how it's never a problem when they're endlessly terrorizing women across various seasons of love island. only when there's "in-fighting" and people start leaving the fanbase does she speak.
very calculated woman. sure thing, annabelle! 🎀
