Sharia law= "the path" "the clear path" A personal religious code for living a ethical life, guiding them on prayer, fast, charity, personal finances, treat family/neighbors w/fairness. For 1.9 billion Muslims, Sharia means living an honest charitable/religiously observant life.
When fear is driving someone's opinion, presenting dry facts doesn't always work right away because fear is an emotional reaction. Separate faith from geopolitics, distinguish between oppressive political regimes abroad & personal religious faith practiced in a free society.
3.4+ million Muslims live, work & serve in United States as doctors, military service members, business owners & teachers. Their daily practice of faith centers on family, community, and personal ethics, not political takeover.
Mainstream Islamic jurisprudence explicitly forbids murder, sexual assault & harming civilians. Violent crime committed in the name of religion is a total violation of U.S. law & foundational Islamic teachings. Many people just do not know what they are talking about @LauraLoomer
No foreign code or private religious law, Islamic Sharia, Jewish Halakha, or Christian Canon Law can override local, state, or federal criminal & civil codes. If a action is illegal under federal/state law it remains illegal regardless of anyone's religious beliefs or claims.
The belief that Sharia law could somehow override or replace American federal or state law is legally impossible under the U.S. Constitution.
Welp I already said several rude things. There's so many rude, cruel things to be said right now. I'm going to make an extreme effort to be kind & patient w/everyone...starting now. If anyone sees me being a bitch please help, call me out. Patience & kindness is difficult @ times

Shout out to my own self for spend 60+mins gently combing out every knot in my hair. 1/2 Jewish on dad's side & it's all on my head, there's so much🥺I think there's a cryptid that comes when you sleep & ties knots in hair.
Shout out to my husband again. All day I've been dizzy, when & stand I fall right back on bed. Had to use wall to walk to bathroom. Couldn't take care of my bunnies or myself & he had my 6 all dam day. Marriage is awesome. I may have to buy him a sweet fluffy animal😉
Why isn't news about military bases being told to be self sufficient for 90 days bigger? Freaks me out. Also why do they say to have 2 wks of your meds for emergency yet it's illegal having 2 weeks over on pain meds?
Wasn't sure I'd like Crystal Lake but I love the side character stories & some of the kills are very 80's. Production value, Linda, sets, wardrobe, all fabulous.

Can someone build an app that blocks all AI crap from my feed, please? The stories, ads, all of it. I'm even willing to go back to my trusty McNally Road Atlas, which is still in my 2007 Cobalt that has no GPS or cameras. I still roll my windows by hand & I love it.
