After growing up being taught that God would think I was an abomination if I was gay, and spending so much of my life believing it.. it is mind-blowing to finally experience this kind of love, and to experience the joy that comes without guilt or shame. What a world. 🥰😊

Elon Musk spent $290 million to elect Trump.
His investment worked. He is now $438 billion richer.
Now, he wants to buy Congress by spending $100 million to keep Republicans in control.
We must fight oligarchy. Defeat Musk. Preserve democracy.

If Elon Musk, the richest man alive, really believes "money won't matter" in 2036, he'd support a 5% tax on his wealth & the wealth of other billionaires to make sure all Americans have a decent standard of living.
The fact that he doesn’t tells you everything you need to know.
“Money won’t matter in 2036,” claims @elonmusk on the latest episode of The Insider. He tells @zannymb, The Economist’s editor-in-chief, how people will live when AI and robots can do every job and why he expects deflation, not inflation: bit.ly/4b9UPYK

It would take far more than a month to honor the contributions of queer and transgender New Yorkers.
From the Cercle Hermaphroditos in 1895, the first trans advocacy group in the United States, to the drag balls of the Harlem Renaissance, to the Stonewall uprising, to the Lesbian Herstory Archives, to ACT UP!, founded in 1987 as queer people fought for their lives while the Reagan administration looked away, New York City's history has long been shaped by queer and trans New Yorkers.
To all our queer and trans neighbors: you deserve a City where you can afford to live safely, openly, and joyfully.
Happy Pride, New York City.

Inflation has tripled from just one month ago, and it’s higher than when he took office. Not only has Trump failed to deliver on his central campaign promise to make life more affordable - he is actively, directly driving prices up.

One month after starting the war in Iran, this is the statement of the President of the United States on Easter Sunday.
These are the ravings of a dangerous and mentally unbalanced individual. Congress has got to act NOW. End this war.

Gay people are being assaulted in their own homes for showing their love in public, and misogynistic and homophobic straight shippers will say they don't need representation in the mainstream media
there’s nothing more pure and beautiful than love. it’s honestly so sad that even today not everyone gets that.

Don’t talk to me about how anti-homophobia campaigns in football are unnecessary. I don’t give a fuck how it makes you feel.
