Fools who refuse to learn from history will repeat its mistakes...over and over and over.
Philadelphia is preparing to become the first city in the nation to offer this mortgage model, with lower interest rates, no private mortgage insurance, and credit scores as low as 620.

Buster is always smiling. He’s happy to see you, happy to spend time with you, and happy just to be near someone. And yet, for almost six months, he’s been waiting for someone to take him home. Buster is a senior. His joints are getting creakier and he may be a little slower these days, but he still has so much life and love left to give. He enjoys a slow walk, tossing around his favorite toys, and then curling up beside you for a well-deserved nap. More than anything, Buster deserves someone who will love him through this chapter of his life, when he needs a little extra comfort and care. Six months is a long time to wait, especially for a senior dog. Please don’t let Buster spend his golden years waiting for someone to choose him. Thanks to @freshpet, his adoption fee is waived.❤️ - 🏠 The Pennsylvania SPCA 📍 350 E Erie Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19134 ⭐️ Kennel #3079

Hunter Biden cheated on his wife with countless prostitutes. Then he cheated on his wife with his dead brother's widow. Then he cheated on his dead brother's widow with her sister. Then he impregnated a stripper and denied the child was his during his next engagement. Now he’s bragging about his “traditional” values. That’s something only a Biden could do.
So not only did a Russian Oligarch connected to Putin pay for Don Jr.s wedding party- they went on a Mongolian honeymoon hunting trip together too. I chose a more traditional family values honeymoon in Hawaii with my wife. (08/26/19)

NEW: Multiple DHS sources confirm to @FoxNews that the suspect charged w/ murdering a Walmart manager in Philadelphia, PA on Wednesday is a Haitian illegal alien who flew into the U.S. via former President Biden's CHNV mass parole migrant flights program in 2023. Per sources, 23-year-old Destino Jean-Louis flew into the US on 11/24/2023 via Fort Lauderdale International Airport, and his legal status was revoked on 6/12/2025 after President Trump terminated the program. According to investigators, Jean-Louis had previously been married to the victim he killed as part of an immigration-related sham marriage arrangement that was designed to help get him get a green card in the US. But after DHS denied the application in July, the victim, Latosha Cooper, withdrew the petition and cut off contact with him, and Jean-Louis became angry. He is accused of shooting Cooper in the head outside of the Walmart on Wednesday after finding out about her work schedule. He previously worked at the Walmart with her. The DA in Montgomery County, PA has now charged him with murder.

HAITIAN NATIONAL CHARGED WITH MURDERING WALMART MANAGER ALLEGEDLY ENTERED U.S. THROUGH BIDEN-ERA MIGRANT PAROLE PROGRAM MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — A 23-year-old Haitian national charged with fatally shooting a Walmart manager is now the subject of new reporting concerning his immigration history and an alleged sham marriage involving the victim. According to Fox News, citing multiple Department of Homeland Security sources, Destino Jean-Louis entered the United States on November 24, 2023, through Fort Lauderdale International Airport under the Biden administration’s CHNV humanitarian parole program. The sources claim Jean-Louis lost his legal immigration status on June 12, 2025, following the Trump administration’s termination of the program. Jean-Louis is accused of fatally shooting Latosha Cooper, a Walmart manager and former coworker, outside her workplace on Wednesday. Investigators reportedly believe Jean-Louis and Cooper had previously entered into a sham marriage intended to help him obtain permanent residency. According to the report, federal immigration authorities denied the application in July. Cooper subsequently withdrew her petition and cut off contact with Jean-Louis. Investigators allege Jean-Louis became angry and later obtained information about Cooper’s work schedule before shooting her in the head outside the store. The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office has charged Jean-Louis with murder. The immigration and alleged sham-marriage details were reported by Fox News based on unnamed DHS sources and have not been independently verified here. Jean-Louis is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.

It’s truly hopeless, because it’s a cultural problem, and more importantly, a spiritual problem. Power is an aphrodisiac to these politicians, and they’ll sacrifice any human value to retain it.
I hate to be this cynical, but I’ll be honest…running for Mayor exposes you to things that make you believe the city is actually being overtaken by demonic energy. Drive south Fig at night. Go to 6th and San Pedro. You see children openly prostituting, drug zombies setting dogs and cats on fire, babies born to crackheads and tossed in a dumpster, dead people just lying in the streets…that’s not even to mention the dozen neighbors of ours who burned alive in what is now a crumbled hellscape. Many times I wondered if the city’s problems weren’t beyond the reach of any politician’s capacity to actually fix. There is a cultural and spiritual rot that can’t be fixed at the ballot box. Until we fix the culture, we are kinda just rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic and the shit we shovel around every 4 years doesn’t really mean a thing.

🚨 We urgently need blankets at our Philadelphia headquarters! 🚨 Our Animal Law Enforcement team recently rescued a large group of cats, many of whom are battling panleukopenia, a highly contagious and potentially life-threatening disease. The cats are being cared for in isolation areas, and our team is taking every precaution to protect them and the other animals in our care. Staff wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow strict cleaning and sanitation protocols to help prevent the virus from spreading. We take the health and safety of every animal here incredibly seriously. As part of these precautions, we have to throw away the blankets these cats use during each cleaning to reduce the risk of spreading the virus. This means we’re going through blankets much faster than usual and urgently need donations to help keep our cats warm and comfortable. If you have extra blankets to spare, we could really use them right now! Donations can be dropped off at 350 E Erie Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19134. You can also shop our Amazon wishlist: amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/2Y… Thank you for always showing up for the animals who need us most! ❤️

This story should be national news. An illegal alien living in New Jersey, who had previously been in custody and instead of being removed was transferred to the Office of Refugee Resettlement, came to one of the most rural and secluded areas of Lancaster County to prey on an Amish woman.  We are very fortunate this story did not end up being much, much worse.  Preventing crime and having a safe community is government’s first duty. Every Lancaster County citizen should be able to go about their daily life free from attack. This is true whether they live in the most urban part of Lancaster City or the most rural part of the southern end. I take it personally when people come to our community to prey on our citizens.  For months we have had some of our public meetings bogged down by anti-law enforcement protestors who are against the County working with ICE. They are fine with this kind of thing happening. I am not. Your government owes you a duty to do their best to protect you and your family from crimes by people who never should have been in the United States.  Full article in the comments.

On January 26, 2011, a snowstorm hit Philadelphia hard enough that schools let out early. Ellen Greenberg was 27, a first grade teacher. She was engaged, planning a wedding, and living with her fiancé in an apartment in the Manayunk neighborhood. That afternoon, her fiancé went down to the building's gym. When he came back up, he couldn't get in. The apartment door was locked with the swing bar latch, the kind that can only be fastened from the inside. He called her. Texted her. Emailed her. For about half an hour. No answer. He finally forced the door open. Ellen was in the kitchen, slumped against the cabinets. A 10 inch knife was buried in her chest. She had been stabbed 20 times. Including wounds to the back of her head and neck. She also had bruises in different stages of healing. The medical examiner who did the autopsy ruled it a homicide. Then, after meeting with police, he changed it. Suicide. Police pointed to that latched door. No sign of forced entry. No sign anyone else had been there. They said she'd been under stress and anxiety in the weeks before. Her parents were devastated. How does someone stab themselves in the back of the neck? Twenty times? They spent years and hundreds of thousands of dollars fighting the ruling. Forensic experts sided with them. Even the original medical examiner later said in a sworn statement that he no longer believed it should be called a suicide. In 2025, the city settled their lawsuits and agreed to a fresh review. The new review came back in October 2025. Same answer. Suicide. Then this January, something nobody expected. Federal prosecutors started issuing subpoenas to the Philadelphia police and other agencies involved in the case. By spring, FBI agents were interviewing witnesses. Her fiancé has never been suspected of wrongdoing. Nobody has ever been charged. 15 years later, Ellen Greenberg's death is still officially a suicide. Her parents still don't believe a word of it.
