🇮🇷|Pezeshkian puts the figures on the table: 300 billion cubic meters. Third place globally. Sanctions have not crushed us. October 27, 2026. Moscow. At the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) summit, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian delivered a message to the assembled international representatives, a statement that the architects of sanctions in Washington would least want to hear: "Despite facing international sanctions, we have successfully increased our natural gas production to approximately 300 billion cubic meters, firmly securing our position as the world’s third-largest natural gas producer. We also rank among the leaders in domestic consumption." 💥 What does 300 billion cubic meters mean? 300 billion cubic meters. This is not a "plan." It is not a "goal." It is an annual production volume that has already been achieved. In the global natural gas production rankings, the United States holds first place, Russia second, and Iran third. Iran’s output surpasses that of Qatar, Canada, China, Australia, Norway, and Saudi Arabia all of which are major energy powers. And Iran has achieved this while under sanctions for forty-seven years. No Western technology. No Western investment. No international bank financing. No SWIFT access. No American equipment. No European engineers. Iran’s natural gas industry has been built entirely on domestic capabilities. Every phase of the South Pars gas field development was carried out by Iranian engineers and companies. Compressors, pipelines, processing facilities every single component is "Made in Iran." This is not just "resilience." This is "independence." 🎯 Who claimed sanctions would crush Iran? The United States argued: Sanctions will cut off Iran’s oil and gas exports, cause its economy to collapse, and force Iran back to the negotiating table to accept our terms. In Moscow, Pezeshkian responded: We are producing 300 billion cubic meters. We rank third. We are also a leader in domestic consumption. In other words: Your sanctions have not stopped us from producing. They have not stopped us from exporting. They have not stopped us from developing. Iranian natural gas flows to Turkey via the TurkStream pipeline; to Iraq through swap agreements; toward Russia and Central Asia via the Caspian corridor; and, via the prospective North-South Corridor, toward Pakistan and India. Meanwhile, the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) convenes in Moscow. Nations collectively holding 70% of the world’s natural gas reserves sit together in the same room—l, a room in which the United States is notably absent. 📜 Domestic Consumption: An Overlooked Metric "In terms of domestic consumption," says Pezeshkian, "we also rank among the leaders." The significance of this statement lies not in the word "consumption," but in the concept of "self-sufficiency." Iran’s power generation, heating, industrial sector, and petrochemical industry all rely on domestic natural gas. While Europe grapples with soaring gas prices, while kitchens in Pakistan go cold, and while gas stations in Italy run dry, Iran’s natural gas remains within its own borders, fueling its own industries and households. This is not an "export-oriented" model; it is one of "self-sufficiency." And a nation capable of self-sufficiency cannot be coerced by the threat of having its supplies cut off. ⚔️ The GECF: A Validation of Achievement Pezeshkian did not make these remarks during a mere bilateral meeting; he spoke at the GECF summit, in the presence of representatives from nations that control 70% of the world’s gas reserves, an event hosted by Vladimir Putin. Iran is a founding member of the GECF, and an Iranian, Mohammad Hossein Adeli, served as the forum’s first Secretary General. Today, the Iranian President stands before this forum to announce that Iran ranks third globally in natural gas production. This is not "showing off," it is an overt rejection of sanctions. The United States, meanwhile, is not a member of the GECF. It is not in that room, and it has no voice within this forum to challenge or diminish Iran’s achievements.

🚨 THE FREEMAN WARNING EUROPE HAS NO IDEAS. AND VASSALS DON'T NEGOTIATE. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ They are telling you Europe is working on a "peace plan." The truth is Europe has no seat at the table. And a former US ambassador just told the elite to their face what he thinks of them. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ▸ THE FACT: Chas Freeman, former US ambassador and a historic figure in diplomacy, dismantled Europe without mincing words: "They have no ideas, nothing to offer, they are part of the problem." Harsh words, but they capture the structural reality: the EU pays (47 billion for 2027), but does not decide. ▸ THE MECHANISM: The mechanism is vassalage. The US negotiates with Russia. Russia sets the pace. Ukraine is the battlefield. Europe pays the bill but has no leverage. Why? Because it has delegated its security to Washington, its energy to those it doesn't control, and its economy to energy bills. When you have no military or energy leverage, you have no say. ▸ THE PARADOX: The paradox is that Brussels keeps selling "strategic autonomy" while Freeman reminds the world that Europe is the system's ATM. The more Brussels talks, the more Washington and Moscow ignore it. ▸ THE ESCALATION: While Europe meets to find an "external negotiator" (because it doesn't trust its own), the US offloads the burden and Russia waits. The bill, however, stays in Brussels. And you pay the bill. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE POLITICAL LAYER (WHAT IT MEANS FOR YOU) ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ▸ Your Wallet/Bills: The 47 billion for the 2027 war doesn't come out of nowhere. It comes from the EU budget, therefore from taxes, cohesion funds, healthcare. You pay for a war in which you count for nothing. ▸ The War Hanging Over Your Head: The anxiety is that no one in Brussels has control over the escalation. If the conflict spirals, Europe is not the one with a hand on the brake. The brake is in Washington. ▸ Who pays? The European taxpayer pays. The US and European defence industries cash in, along with the Brussels bureaucracy managing the funds. A vassal doesn't negotiate; it obeys and pays. ▸ 🔴 "A vassal pays the bill. The feudal lord decides the war. Europe is the vassal." ▸ Mainstream narrative: "Europe is a global actor." vs Structural reality: "Europe is an ATM with a logo." ⚖️ VERDICT: Freeman's warning is not an opinion; it's an analysis. Europe sacrificed its sovereignty for the "project." Now it is without ideas, without leverage, and with a mountain of debt. The negotiating table is not in Brussels. It's elsewhere. ❓ QUESTION: If Europe pays 47 billion and has no say, who actually won the Cold War? And who is winning this one? The heart runs on fat, and the organ they put on a low-fat diet is the one organ in the body that eats almost nothing else. Every heartbeat is paid for, and the currency is fatty acids. They supply the bulk of the heart's energy, around the clock, from the day you are born. Heart muscle is a third mitochondria by volume, more than any other muscle in the body, and mitochondria are where fat is burned. A heart cell burns fat at rest, burns fat under load, and burns fat while you sleep. Given a choice between glucose and fat, the heart takes the fat. Given ketones, it takes those more readily still, and gets more work out of every unit of oxygen. A failing heart, when it starts to run out of road, switches more of its fuel to ketones. The sick heart reaches for the thing the diet sheet forbade. The cardiologist's own ward uses that. Fasting patients, patients in ketosis, patients on fat, and the heart keeps time. Then the same ward hands the patient a diet sheet with the fat cut off and the bread left on, in the name of the heart. The organ they are protecting from fat is the one organ that was built to live on it. Heart-healthy is a word for food the heart would not choose.

Read what cholesterol does in the body, then read the side effects on a statin label, and they match like a confession. What cholesterol does: - Builds the brain, which hoards a quarter of the body's supply - Wraps every nerve in its insulation - Builds the connections your memories are stored in - Lines every muscle cell - Makes testosterone, oestrogen and progesterone - Makes cortisol, the hormone that gets you through stress - Helps turn sunlight into vitamin D - Makes the bile that digests your fat - Patches up damaged cells What the statin label warns of: - Memory loss - Confusion - Nerve damage in the hands and feet - Muscle pain and weakness - Muscle breaking down into the bloodstream - Raised blood sugar and type 2 diabetes - Raised liver enzymes The drug works by jamming the liver's cholesterol factory, and the same production line makes CoQ10, the spark plug in every cell's engine. A review found statins lower testosterone too. The side effects read like a delivery map of everywhere the cholesterol was needed.

She signed this painting twice. One signature you can read, one you have to FIND. Can you see her? Sound on 🔊 ——— She hid her face inside this painting. Right here, in the lid. That tiny reflection is the artist herself. This is Still Life with Cheeses, Almonds and Pretzels, 1615. By Clara Peeters, one of the only women painters of the 1600s. From Antwerp. And the woman who basically invented the food still life. Look closely at the jug lid. She is there, painting with a white cap on. Her secret self-portrait. And look at that fancy silver wedding knife. She signed her full name on it. CLARA PEETERS. Two signatures. One hidden, one engraved. Honestly... isn't she a genius? Which one feels more iconic to you: the reflection or the knife?

watching a millennia old civilization like China pour millions into colossal engineering feats, like these massive bridges suspended over gorges just to breathe life back into mountain villages of a few hundred souls, completely breaks western brain addicted to immediate quarterly returns instead of demanding short term profitability, chinese vision plays long game knowing that reconnecting these isolated enclaves will eventually generate commerce, human flow, regional vitality and essential infrastructure, embodying commitment to collective good that completely transcends simple spreadsheet accounting this structural patience exposes fatal flaw of short term extraction models, proving that true geopolitical power belongs to those who build for decades ahead and plant trees whose shade they might never sit under

Your vet still treats disease with food, and your doctor stopped, and the animals are doing better for it. When the vet sees a fat pony with sore feet, she takes it off the grass and the grain, and the feet recover. When the vet sees a diabetic cat, she takes it off the biscuits, puts it on meat, and a good share of them go into remission inside months. When the vet sees a bullock with acid in its rumen, she cuts the barley, and the rumen settles. When the vet sees a racehorse with ulcers, she gives it more hay and fewer concentrates, and the ulcers close. When the vet sees a cow blown up like a drum on spring clover, she moves the herd off the clover. When the vet sees a Labrador that waddles, she halves the kibble and bins the treats, and she does not write a prescription. When the vet sees a horse with colic, her first question is what changed in the feed. Every one of those is a metabolic disease, and every one of them is treated by changing what goes in the mouth, because the vet is paid to fix the animal and has nothing else to sell it. When the doctor sees a fat diabetic, he writes a prescription, books a review in six months, and hands over a diet sheet with porridge and brown bread on it. The cat gets its carbohydrate taken away. The patient gets his carbohydrate recommended. The cat is in remission. The patient is on his second tablet. Your dog's diabetes gets a diet. Yours gets a subscription.
