Started looking intu Rust. I don't like its syntax, but the whole concept of ownership, borrowing, and lifetimes is pretty clear for me (maybe because I am not a software engineer). But I did expect something more complex and scary.

August was about recovery. I did have quite a rigorous calorie deficit before, and it jeopardized my gym progress a lot.

This month was rough l. I stalled, regardless of the gym and calorie deficit. My deficit was to big, as a result perfomance was abysmal.
