First things first: WHO filed this complaint?
The image is of a REAL Jewish man. It’s an actual photograph, not some antisemitic caricature, not a cartoon, not a made-up stereotype. A REAL PERSON.
We need to organise and raise funds for a proper legal counter challenge. We can’t allow the mere invocation of antisemitism to shut down legitimate political expression or criminalise the documentation and criticism of Israel.

We should have paid much closer attention when Norman Finkelstein supported the CIA-led covert war on Syria, Operation Timber Sycamore, while repeatedly portraying Hezbollah’s intervention against al-Qaeda and ISIS as “unacceptable” because Assad had no “legitimacy”, which, conveniently, was also Obama’s favorite talking point.
Finkelstein even claimed that Nasrallah had made a “historic misjudgment” by intervening in Syria.
Well, Syria is now carved up between Israeli and Turkish occupation, exactly as Nasrallah warned would happen if the Syrian state collapsed. Jolani sits in Damascus, collaborates openly with the United States, and his regime wants to openly normalize with Israel while Syria’s sovereignty is being shredded in front of everyone.
So who made the historic misjudgment?
Nasrallah, who warned that the fall of Syria would open the door to foreign occupation and the destruction of the resistance axis?
Or Finkelstein, who repeated the same “Assad has no legitimacy” framing used by the people running the regime-change operation?
And why, up until this very moment, does Finkelstein refuse to seriously confront the Turkish-Zionist takeover of Syria and the Jolani regime’s collaboration with Washington?
Being right about Palestine does not give anyone a free pass on Syria.
On Syria, Finkelstein was catastrophically wrong.
Is Norman Finkelstein deteriorating with age or has he always been a closet supremacist?

IRGC has added another lethal tactic to attack ships in the Strait of Hormuz.
Iran is using small speedboats to attach limpet magnetic mines to the hull of vessels within minutes. The mines can then detonate and disable the vessel shortly after the boat pulls away, giving little warning to the vessel and its crew.
The first successful attack involving a small speedboat placing limpet mines occurred today near Oman.
The Hormuz is crowded with dhows, fishing boats and other small craft. Iran has hundreds of small boats, making it difficult for US forces to counter this tactic.
Iran has now added this tactic alongside naval mines, missiles and drones.

A very tragic crash with a private jet once again
Before this crash the Learjet 60 was had fatal odds per trip of 1 in 1.1 million
To compare a good commercial airline like Delta has a 1 in 25 million odds, many airlines never crashed though so the real odds are even lower like 1 in 40 million trips maybe
So the Learjet 60 was already 40x less safe than commercial airliners
That's something I keep repeating about private jets, they're simply not as safe as flying commercial because:
- pilots require less flight hours
- private aviation is less regulated
- smaller airports with less or no instrument landing systems (ILS)
- smaller planes are more affected by weather (in this case icing)
The Learjet 60 now has fatal odds of 1 in 800,000 which is still about double as safe as the Cessna Citation (one of the most common private jets)
Most Gulfstreams still have flawless safety records though, G500/G600, G550, G650/G700/G800 never crashed, so if you are boarding a private jet anytime soon, I'd say go with them!
