Huge thanks to everyone participating in the closed Psyop Scouts playtest!
As for the game itself, it will be token-gated, meaning you need a Psyop Scout to be able to play. There are APIs that will read your wallet and grant you access to the game. The APIs will read your exact NFT traits via Magic Eden, allowing you to play as your chosen scout in the game.
All the traits of Psyop Scouts have been 3D-modeled. Different hand traits will correlate with different abilities. For example, a megaphone may be able to push enemies back, while an Osama doll will summon jihadi bots to grenade the enemy.
The game will feature a reward system where you can complete PvE missions. You will need to team up with friends to defeat bosses, etc. The theme of the missions will all be psyop-related, such as killing Osama or preventing 9/11, and so on.
Some of the claimable rewards will include IRL merch, flags, stickers, etc. There will also be a wager system where you can 1v1 and put your NFT on the line. If you win, your opponent's scout will be sent to your connected wallet, and vice versa if the match ends in a loss.
We suggest all OG scouts keep their eyes and ears open, as we will soon host another playtest with more participants.
