Congress still hasnโt passed Clarity Act, so @CFTC is basically using the authority it already has to build that option NOW. โ
Iโm disappointed that Congress failed to get market structure legislation to @POTUS' desk. But the @CFTC has statutory authority and we're going to use it to protect Americans and provide a federally regulated path for crypto.
