My thinkpad can't decide if it wants to charge with my travel USB-PD PSU. The charging state cycles between discharging, pending-carge, and charging.
Every other PD device I own works perfectly.
If the TP is connected to the lower-spec'd port, it charges. Sometimes.

another example of poor linux integration, is chrome, that writes cache files in ~/.config/, which is super annoying for config backups.
