The Vikings are incentivized to wait until trade deadline week to acquire Jonathan Taylor instead of right now.
According to @spotrac, Minnesota would be just over the salary cap limit with a Taylor trade this week.
If Minnesota waited until deadline week, they can fully absorb Taylor’s remaining 2026 salary.
