12:00 AM Radar Update: Torrential rain is falling over the Mission Valley/Ysleta neighborhoods in SE El Paso. Radar estimating 2.00-3.00" of rain in less than an hour, leading to flash flooding. This storm will also be capable of hail and gusty winds. #txwx
