I cannot get a bootable USB to work with the Middleton's BIOS for my T61. I have tried dd, PI Imager, Disk Image Writer and tried to open the ISO and copy/paste files to a fat with MBR formatted USB, none of it worked. Any suggestions? thinkwiki.org/wiki/Middleton…
