i really wonder how will they cast the voice for the shrine maiden.. i know she doesnt have a deep voice but there are also male seiyuus whos range can be feminine but revealing a male seiyuu for the shrine maiden is literally a spoiler itself
i love that there are really certain moments when maomao reminds her of jinshi and shisui like these two are so important to her that anything can remind her of them even that something doesnt really relates to either of them 😭

I love how much observant Maomao is of Jinshi now. She always notices what's up with him, and the show keeps giving us her internal monologues worrying abt his wellbeing. Nobody said it bt I think feeding him the grasshoppers was just an excuse for her to make sure he's fed.
