Then he explained what the number is for.
Dismantling the system of injustice, in his words, means replacing it with the people who represent the Prophet. He didn’t say represent a district nor did he say represent the Constitution. He said represent the Prophet.
That isn’t a civil-rights pitch. That is a recruitment target attached to a replacement project, delivered in English, to an audience that already clearly understands it.
They aren’t even hiding the intention. The only remaining question is why so many people in Washington still pretend they didn’t hear it.
