What I love about "It's a Wonderful Life" is how it shows the impact one life can have on a community. We don't know how our small acts of caring & kindness can truly affect others deeply.

We are the music makers
We are the dreamers of dreams
Wandering by lone sea-breakers
Sitting by desolate streams
World-losers and world-forsakers
On whom the pale moon gleams
Yet we are the movers and shakers
Of the world for ever, it seems

Clurichauns are considered the more sinister counterparts to leprechauns, as they're surly, solitary, & often drunk little creatures who guard pubs, breweries, & wine cellars. At night they go on drunken rampages, riding dogs & vandalizing homes. #FairyTaleTuesday

In Spitstone, swans are said to be the returned souls of the drowned dead. According to witches of the county, they are the messengers between them and their previously perished sisters. One thing every Hooklander knows, you don't mess with a swan. No good will come of it.
