17 busloads of ordinary people from the Ukrainian town of Oleshky, who had been on the brink of starvation under Russian occupation, chose to evacuate to Ukrainian-controlled territory. Only 4 busloads chose to go to Russia. That, pretty much, tells you everything you need to know about what Ukrainians want, even after all these years of this inhumane war.

Russian forces have begun taking civilians from occupied Oleshky to Russia, apparently disregarding previously announced agreements governing the operation. The operations are being conducted by the Russian military, without American representatives or teams from either side’s ombudsman office present. Russia’s state news agency TASS is openly filming the operation. There is no indication that civilians are being given a choice of where they wish to go. No buses or other vehicles designated to transport evacuees to Ukrainian-controlled territory are visible. The operation raises serious concerns that Russia is once again exploiting a humanitarian evacuation to forcibly transfer Ukrainian civilians. The parallels with the evacuation of Mariupol’s Azovstal steel plant are disturbing. Once again, Moscow appears to be disregarding agreed procedures while controlling the fate of Ukrainian civilians.

Precipita elicottero italiano in Bosnia: ci sono vittime. Che ci facciamo in Bosnia?

At this point, the Ukrainians should just use the Shaggy-Rikrok strategy of saying to the US: 'It wasn't me'
Some Russian sources are now saying that Ukrainian drones have attacked the Novokuibyshevsk oil refinery. This would be the first attack in about two weeks by Ukraine on such a Russian target.

A few weeks ago, the Spectre 33 Special Unit which belongs to Ukraine's HUR MO has published the so far best images of a Naval SOF unit I've seen so far. The soldiers are armed with HK416 assault rifles, of which Germany has officially delivered 4,750 as of April 2025. However, my research — I published a detailed article in August — shows that Germany must have delivered several thousand additional HK416s to Ukraine since the German government stopped disclosing its military assistance.

“Dad, Dad! Come back to me!” — a child screams in anguish for his father at the Dnipro railway station after the Russian attack. The Russian strike killed 14 people and injured another 14.

Another large group of Russian troops has surrendered near Kupiansk. Ukrainian forces are clearing old Soviet gas-pipeline networks. Mud-covered men emerge from a concrete pipe. Then they kneel beside armed personnel. Forty-five days ago, Putin claimed Russia had “liberated” Kupiansk. His soldiers are now surrendering near the town he declared taken. Moscow can announce a victory. It cannot make the troops sent through those pipelines hold it.

A Russian bot forgot to switch its account from MAGA to "Ukrainian." 😀 This is how Russians simulate public opinion and pressure politicians into adopting a pro-Russian stance—leading them to believe that this is what their electorate demands. That is why it is important to express your position openly.

🚨 Just as expected. The Kremlin is literally spitting in the faces of the leaders of Norway and Finland after their call with Putin “Apparently, nothing new was said. This only shows the Europeans’ desire to force their way into the negotiation process,” Lavrov said. The Russian foreign minister mockingly added that Europe has no chance of getting a seat at the negotiating table — because the EU “consistently condemns Russia and demands an end to the aggression, completely ignoring how it all began.” That last part was particularly amusing. And how exactly did it all begin, I wonder?
🤔 Hmm. They planned to talk for 20 minutes — but ended up talking for an hour and a half: the call with Putin lasted 4.5 times longer than expected According to NRK, the call between Finnish President Alexander Stubb, Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre, and Putin was initially scheduled to last just 20 minutes. However, the conversation with the Russian dictator unexpectedly dragged on for a full hour and a half. Stubb later commented on the talks, describing them as "professional and direct." He also stressed that the call had been coordinated with Ukraine and that key allies had been informed in advance. After speaking with Putin, Stubb and Støre held a phone call with Zelensky. What do you think — should the leaders of Finland and Norway have called Putin?

E in fretta.

Fate vobis

Ukraine is doing, virtually alone, what NATO was designed to do. Resisting Russian aggression.
Russia is not winning. Ukrainians are bravely holding on. Putin is pinning his hopes on Trump and a divided/indecisive Europe.
