➡️ Axios leaks describe something that looks exactly like Instant Thunder from 1991, the three-day campaign designed to decapitate Saddam’s regime and paralyze it.
➡️ The target is the mosaic command-and-control structure of the IRGC. Eight months of signals intelligence have already identified many nodes.
