I highly recommend anyone who is trying to scale their apps and reinvest capital (or just grow their app in general) as quickly as possible to hop on @useappcap daily payouts right now.
It's essential

Economics matter
A mobile app makes $100K in a month.
Sounds like the founder is printing money.
Here’s what the economics can actually look like:
$100,000 — App Store revenue
-$30,000 — Apple’s cut
-$25,000 — Paid acquisition
-$10,000 — Contractors / support
-$3,000 — Cloud, APIs & software
-$2,000 — Refunds, chargebacks & misc.
=$30,000 before salaries and taxes.
Economics matter and app founders need to be very careful with managing expenses, especially if their app revenue is cyclical.

When you already burned through your Apple payout and realized you have to wait another 3 weeks to get paid again

The secret to AppCap’s success is pretty simple: take good care of the people in the app developer community, whether or not they’re our customers yet.

The best part of building AppCap thus far is the community we've built.
RC, SW, Paddle and others have exponentially more customers than us, but I feel like we have the most loyal group of app developers across the country.
Appreciate everyone that's been along for the ride!

This is why you need to use AppCap to get your revenue everyday instead of waiting months.
This the biggest DOWNSIDE to scaling your app fast:
Apple Proceeds are based on transaction date but Apple’s Payout is based on settled transaction dates.
Someone can buy my app today but it may take Apple a week to settle that transaction.
So when you’re growing fast and your revenue is top heavy on the days towards the end of the month. Those transactions won’t be paid till the next payout.
This could legitimately cripple a bootstrapped app who’s scaling fast and Apple is not very transparent about it.

Resurfacing this today for anyone that wants their Apple payouts early this month!
Seeing a lot of FUD from our competitors these days.
So if you're currently using Braavo or RC early payouts, come switch over to AppCap and I'll waive fees on your first two payouts.
Our fees come out to about 0.068%/day - capped at 2%, and we have no setup fees.
And yes, we can offer these promotions and low rates because AppCap is a commercial lending program offered through Emigrant Bank.

Will have two Apple developer reps at our happy hour to answer all of your questions and to review your paywalls.
We've got a few spots left so RSVP if you're in town and want to meet other app founders.
Hosting our monthly happy hour again on Oct 21!
If you're in town for App Week, you should definitely swing by.
RSVP before slots fill up.

Takeaways from my chat with an Apple Developer Rep
- Be careful with relying on remote config to get around App Store review. Your developer account may get pulled without a warning if you're caught with deceptive tactics.
- Avoid asking for reviews during onboarding. This is something they're seeing more of.
- New apps in crowded categories are likely to be rejected. They don't want another horoscope app.
- Interestingly, even Amazon waits months for its Apple payout. Everyone, from an indie developer to a Fortune 500 company is beholden to the same cycle.
Will see if I can get more questions answered in the coming weeks. Let me know if you have any other thoughts.
