Didn't see this FUD yesterday (was flying back from Dubai, yawn) but is baseless market manipulation. Binance is consolidating liquidity, and are retiring the BTCICP pair. The others, USDICP (main), EURICP, etc remain. This freak is a full time ICP troll, probably paid.
