$SPERM is officially live.

the trenches have been stuck with the same problems for far too long. concentrated supply, unfair launches, and creator incentives that reward extraction over the people actually supporting a token.
fairer launches, equal opportunities for early participants, and creator fees that go directly back into supporting the token.
this is just the beginning of reengineering how tokens are launched.
launch: usesperm.fun/launch
one of the biggest structural problems with pump fun is that the way a token launches can put the majority of participants at a disadvantage before trading even gets started.
a handful of wallets can accumulate large amounts of supply at the cheapest prices, while everyone entering afterward is effectively providing exit liquidity for those who got in first.
the problem becomes even worse with bundled launches, where supply can be concentrated across multiple wallets while appearing more distributed than it actually is.
and yet we continue to launch tokens using the same structures, expecting different outcomes.
I don't believe the solution is simply bringing more volume or attention back to the trenches. the underlying incentives and distribution need to change.
if we want better markets, we need to start fixing the structural problems at launch rather than trying to solve them after the damage is already done.
not sure what caused that sell off, but it won't stop me from continuing to build this.
the trenches need serious change, and I still believe the structural problems with how tokens are launched are a huge part of what's holding the space back.
change doesn't happen overnight.
I want to say this once before people start realizing that $SPERM is one of the best ways to launch tokens.
we've spent years watching the same structural problems repeat themselves. bundled launches, concentrated early supply, and creator incentives that benefit developers at the expense of everyone else.
at some point, we all have to come together and recognize that things aren't going to change unless we actively support better alternatives.
a fundamentally different approach to launching tokens, where early participants have a fairer opportunity, supply is distributed more responsibly, and creator fees are put back into supporting the token.
I genuinely believe this is a better structural foundation for launching tokens, and the more people who choose to launch this way, the closer we get to changing the trenches for good.
the tech is here. now it's up to us to use it.

. @WhiteWhaleLabs made a great point about how the way a token is launched can determine what happens to it long before the broader market even gets involved.
one of the biggest structural problems with pump fun is how much of an advantage the earliest buyers can have over everyone else.
a handful of wallets can accumulate a significant percentage of the supply at the lowest prices, leaving everyone who enters afterward trading against holders with substantially better entries.
and when those early positions are concentrated across bundled or coordinated wallets, the problem becomes even worse.
this isn't something that can be fixed simply by attracting more volume or bringing more attention to a token. the imbalance is already built into its distribution from the beginning.
that's exactly what "Spawn" mode fixes.
participants enter at the same average price, individual contributions are capped, and allocations progressively unlock as the holder base grows.
if we want the trenches to change, we need to start by changing how tokens are launched in the first place.
$SPERM's automated Buyback & Burn mechanism:
so far, 2.741 SOL in creator fees has been reinjected directly into the market through 12 buybacks, purchasing and permanently burning 10.70M $SPERM tokens.
that's already 1.07% of the total supply permanently removed from circulation.
instead of creator fees leaving the ecosystem, they're being used to support the token itself.
usesperm.fun
as previously mentioned, I'm building this following the ethos of @WhiteWhaleLabs, who has been extremely vocal about the problems with how tokens are launched and the need for fundamental change.
I believe I've built a solution to a problem that affects 99% of token launches.
now you can launch tokens with Spawn mode, giving early participants the same average entry price with capped contributions and progressive unlocks, or Instant mode for a more traditional launch directly onto pumpfun's bonding curve.
these first two launch modes are just the beginning of many more mechanisms I plan to introduce, and I believe there's a lot of room to rethink how tokens enter the market.
as more people begin to recognize the structural problems with how tokens are launched on pump fun, I think it will become increasingly clear that changing the incentives and distribution from the very beginning is necessary.
the trenches don't have to stay the way they are.
usesperm.fun
$SPERM is launched through Instant mode with Buyback & Burn enabled.
instead of creator fees being collected and extracted, they're automatically reinvested back into the token.
on a scheduled basis, accumulated creator fees are used to buy $SPERM directly from the market, with every token purchased permanently burned.
as trading volume generates more fees, those fees continue to fund buybacks and permanently remove tokens from circulation.
when launching a token on usesperm.fun, you can choose between two different launch modes, each designed for a different approach to getting a coin started.
Spawn: participants enter together at the same average price, with a 0.5 SOL cap per wallet and allocations that progressively unlock as the holder base grows. the creator follows the same rules as everyone else.
Instant: launch directly onto pump.fun's bonding curve in a single transaction, with the option to make an initial buy.
whether you want to prioritize fairer early distribution or launch instantly, the choice is yours.
usesperm.fun/launch
one thing @WhiteWhaleLabs has consistently pointed out is how much the earliest stages of a token determine what happens to it later.
a few wallets buying most of the cheapest supply can create problems that no amount of attention or trading volume can easily fix.
with usesperm.fun, the focus is on addressing those problems before the token even starts trading.
launch with Spawn mode to give participants the same average entry price, limit how much any single wallet can buy, and progressively unlock supply as the holder base grows.
this is the first of many changes aimed at making token launches fairer and creating better incentives for everyone involved.
creator fees have become one of the biggest problems with token launches.
millions in trading volume can generate substantial fees for a creator, while the people actually trading and holding the token see none of that revenue going back into it.
I don't think that's how things should work.
with usesperm.fun, creator fees are redirected back into the token itself instead of being paid out to the developer.
every launch can choose how those fees are used:
Buyback & Burn: creator fees are used to continuously buy back tokens from the market and permanently burn them.
Liquidity Injection: creator fees are used to add permanent liquidity after graduation, with the LP tokens burned so that liquidity cannot be withdrawn.
everything happens automatically on a scheduled basis, with every transaction recorded on-chain and publicly verifiable from the coin's own page.

it's time for change. the trenches are no longer what they used to be, and serious change is needed.
Q1 2025 saw tokens running to $100M+, yet pump fun trading volume fell 63% between January and February. the same issues remain: bundled launches, concentrated early supply, and incentives that favor extraction over sustainability.
@WhiteWhaleLabs has been extremely vocal about these issues and the need to fundamentally change how tokens are launched.
introducing usesperm.fun
a new way to launch tokens, following the ethos of @WhiteWhaleLabs.
launches are structured around distribution from the very beginning:
Spawn: participants enter together at the same average price, with a 0.5 SOL cap per wallet and allocations that progressively unlock as the holder base grows.
Instant: launch directly onto pump.fun's bonding curve in a single transaction, with an optional initial buy.
every launch also supports two creator fee mechanisms:
Buyback & Burn: creator fees are automatically used to purchase tokens from the market and permanently burn them.
Liquidity Injection: creator fees are used to deepen liquidity after graduation, with LP tokens permanently burned.
these are just the first of many mechanisms I plan to introduce, all focused on improving how tokens are launched, distributed, and supported over time.
I think we can all agree that the trenches aren't what they used to be, and it's time for change.

When every chart ends up looking the same you're looking at a flawed structure - not individual charts.
The only thing that can shape a meme coin chart is how its supply was distributed and how its liquidity was built and shaped.
On tokens launched on pump fun those two factors are locked - soulbound to each token it creates.
A thin bonding curve, small locked pool at graduation, huge float concentrated in a small number of wallets who were able to buy too much, too cheaply.
This setup can only possibly produce one chart picture. Each and every time.
Thin liquidity means chase buyers can't be absorbed, so price goes vertical. It prints a wick, not a "level". The same happens in reverse.
Concentrated supply means there is no second layer of holders to defend a pullback. So the first red week is the top and nothing builds underneath.
The narrative, the dev, the community, the cat - none of it moves the chart because none of it changes the underlying flawed structure.
When the structure is identical, the outcome is identical.
The irony? You wouldn't bid a proper structure. Because it wouldn't feel as alive as you've been trained to think a chart should feel.
Almost daily people ask me, "Wen launchpad?"
Probably never.
I know how to build it the right way. But I learned long ago in life that overcoming the pre-existing conditioning of a consumer group is a very expensive task.
Until then, just keep blaming every dev, bundler, paper hands, caller, kol - anyone but the very structure that facilitates the same outcome every time.
Until you learn that its the underlying structure that keeps hurting you....you know what...I don't even want to finish writing this piece. Because people would rather bitch and blame than become educated.
