Nick Wright defending Drake Maye on First Things First was an incredible watch #FirstThingsFirst #FS1
The data shows an anti-new England and pro-KC bias has been taking place. Incredible the patriots have managed to overcome that and still win at a high level.
Interestingly, the Chiefs go from one of the unluckiest teams in the regular season to the luckiest in the postseason. The opposite is true for the Steelers.
The Patriots rank last in this regard... and still won a Super Bowl!

Somehow every NFL QB chart is basically just a Drake Maye chart of how statistically good he is
He was in literally the greatest situation ever, so his stats and winning were heavily inflated by that. Now his situation is only above average (much like Brady’s was) and he’s nowhere near the same guy. Brady did it with this situation basically every year.
He was drafted into and set up for his first 7 into into the greatest situation any QB has ever been in. Can’t ignore that, so it’s not surprising that when his situation has become only above average (basically Brady’s situation) and not the best ever, his play has regressed.
New England Chinese food is the best in the country imo; when you travel around you’ll realize the Chinese food you can get all over NE is uniquely good and hard to find elsewhere. If you look it up you’ll find this topic talked about a bit but not a ton, niche but not unheard of
My top 5 2027 draft eligible QB’s:
1. Drew Mestemaker
2. Conner Weigman
3. Darian Mensah
4. Caden Veltkamp
5. Sam Leavitt

Legit a top 5 QB in the NFL, he’s unreal
Drake Maye was under pressure on 42.9% of his dropbacks against Chicago and still played some of his best football when the pocket collapsed.
Under pressure:
• 11/12 passing (91.7%)
• 151 yards
• 1 TD
That 91.7% completion rate ties the highest single-game mark under pressure in the NFL this season.
321 yards, 2 TDs, and a loss. Maye deserved better.
