The Green List would be his exact criteria excluding OU and TX. But why would you limit the query to regular season when most OOC games are played in the first 3 weeks when teams are ranked based largely on perception. Wouldn’t the ranking in post season games when teams are ranked based on their full body of work be more relevant?
