I was pissed when #juno prop16 passed and it was seemingly ignored.
I was wrong, the devs needed time to put measures in place that enact the will of the community without being held liable themselves.
3,4 or 5 people could not simply take the funds and risk legal action.
Why try to be like everyone else?
There are some who argue #JUNO community should not alter the ledger it is sacred in some way.
We have an opportunity to take governance to the next level here with awesome smart contract powers that the world has never seen before. 🐋 be gone.
Don't pander to some fabled ledger sanctity, embrace the power of community governance. If the majority of the community agree that the ledger needs to be corrected then that is the correct course of action.
The #juno community CAN decide and that,s OK, self governance is OK!
Fear mongers and Whale frens will sell you a story that it is wrong.
Right and wrong is what the majority decides.
Ledgers should be immutable unless changes are agreed upon by the majority.
Worthy experiment in my opinion, be first at a new paradigm!
