Holding a gun to someone's head and not pulling the trigger counts as saving their life, by russian logic
We have provided 25 buses, with a total capacity of over 750 passengers, 9 ambulance vehicles and more than 50 healthcare workers to facilitate the voluntary evacuation of Oleshky residents.
We're working with Dmitry Lubinets @lubinetzs with the assistance and coordination of Melania Trump @FLOTUS. I thank our military personnel who ensure the safety of the mission. Our top priority is saving people's lives and helping everyone.

Kyiv. These girls barely had time to react before ballistic missiles struck.
This is the reality Ukrainians are forced to live through every single day.
The world is laughing at you, Trump!
Reporter: How was waiving those sanctions on Russia to secure the release of Hubbard not giving something to Russia?
Trump: Are you a stupid person? Who do you work for?
Reporter: ABC News.
Trump: You're a stupid person. Your network is the worst.
Reporter: To the point of the question, Mr. President…

A city full of civilians. Deliberate terror.

With Trump's removal of Starlink, Russians are now hunting cars full of people in Kyiv, using jet drones for which Ukraine's interceptors no longer function to stop.

Elina Svitolina and Gael Monfils are ending their marriage 💔
Elina shared this message on IG:
“This is the most difficult thing I have ever had to share.
Everyone knows how much Ukraine means to me. What I have rarely spoken about is what the war has done to me inside.
Last year, I told you I needed to step away from the court because I wasn't in the right emotional space. Today, I want to open up a little more. What you didn't see were the sleepless nights, the doubts, and the feeling of slowly losing myself.
Gaël saw all of it. He never let go of my hand. We fought through this together for a long time, with everything we had.
But some battles happen deep inside you, and no amount of love from someone else can win them for you.
With time, I came to understand that I need to find my way back to myself and that I cannot do that within our marriage. It is the hardest truth I have ever had to face and the hardest thing I have ever had to tell the person I love. Gaël listened. He has respected what I need with a strength and grace I will never forget.
Gael has loved me through my greatest joys and my darkest moments, and I have loved him with all my heart. Together, we built a beautiful life, and we were given the most precious gift of all, our daughter, Skai.
Skai will always come first. Our marriage is ending, but our family is not. We will always be her parents, side by side, at every step of her life.
Please know that there is no one to blame here. There are only two people who loved each other deeply and a story that is changing shape.
We ask for your kindness and for the space we need to heal.
Thank you for your love 🤍”

❗️Ukrainian tennis player Katarina Zavatska (WTA No. 248), who was part of Ukraine’s team at the 2026 Billie Jean King Cup Finals, has shared heartbreaking details of the latest Russian attacks on her hometowns of Rivne and Lutsk.
Russian strikes damaged tennis courts in Rivne where Zavatska had previously held a tennis clinic for children, while her cousin’s shop was also destroyed.
💬 Katarina Zavatska:
“This week has broken my heart.
My hometowns, Rivne and Lutsk, where I was born and where my family still lives, have been heavily attacked.
There were so many explosions, including one near my niece’s school.
Thank God my family is safe, but sadly, many people have been injured or killed.
Last night, Russian bombs hit the tennis courts in Rivne, where I held a tennis clinic for children and where they train.
Today, Russian bombs also destroyed my cousin’s shop.
My heart truly hurts. Russian bombs have destroyed so many beautiful things in my hometown and taken away the most precious thing of all - human lives.
There are no words to describe this pain. I'm not talking about myself, but about my family.”
The tennis club, Tenisna Halyavyna, also shared images of the damage. Just six days before the attack, the club had celebrated its first anniversary.”
💬 The club's statement:
“Just six days ago, we celebrated its first birthday. Today, all that remains is a half-burned net.
Country 404 has once again reminded us what it does best — destroying what others have spent years building.
In a single night, it can destroy someone else's hard work, investments, plans and dreams.
Most importantly, everyone is alive and safe. The blue court survived, and we will try to restore the terracotta court.”
The club said it was still unable to estimate how much time and money would be needed to repair the damage.”
