TODAY- Commissar Mkhululi Dlevu addresses members of the media @SABCNews. The recount of Ward 15 spoiled ballots in Buffalo City Metro has vindicated the EFF’s position that we had won the ward. Of the 85 ward ballots initially declared spoilt, 39 were recovered and counted in favour of the EFF, while 58 of the 125 initially spoilt PR ballots were also validated in favour of the EFF.

The EFF has approached the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria, seeking authorisation to access the court record and transcripts in the trial of Patrick Mshothola and Thulani Dlomo, which has heard testimony about a State Security Agency (SSA) operation to infiltrate the EFF and its parliamentary caucus.
We are seeking access to transcripts of open-court proceedings, exhibits and other relevant court documents to establish the full record of evidence concerning the operation, including testimony that the SSA used a contract involving Korolo Investment Holdings to fund the operation against the EFF.
