October 29, 1979 In the Seahawks' first-ever primetime appearance, holder and starting quarterback Jim Zorn hits placekicker Efrén Herrera with this sweet fake field goal pass for a first down. Seattle would defeat the Falcons on Monday Night Football in Atlanta, 31-28. ABC's Frank Gifford hints before the play that some trickery might be brewing, then Howard Cosell erupts afterwards in praise of Seahawks head coach Jack Patera's creativity.
