In the game of life, winners build others. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen a joke made at the expense of another person that accomplished what it was intended to do, unless that intent was to shame or anger that other person.
If you have to say, “I was only joking/kidding” afterwards, then it should not have been said in the first place.

Have never felt that "Soft Skills" was the appropriate term for that particular skill set.
I refer to them as "People Skills" and do believe that they are *the* differentiator between the relatively successful person and the ultra successful one.
