Holy emotional roller coaster, @AzratemES. Now that was levels of amazing. Some fans of a certain ginger are gonna be big mad, but tbh I've read too many webtoons not to have had my suspicions.

I think it's funny that former Bioware employees are pretending that suddenly they flipped from incompetence to genius game designers overnight.

Wolfram von Eschenbach’s Parzival, in the court of the Fisher King. And a good lesson for tellers of stories: "Let the story have its way with you." Lucas tried to force his, which is why it's so over the place. Zahn and Avellone let the story lead. drmartinshaw.com/snowy-tower…
In the legends of King Arthur there's a king with a wound that won't heal, and the whole land dies with him. A young knight walks into his castle hunting for the Holy Grail, sees the wound, and says nothing, because he was taught that asking is rude. In the morning the castle is gone. The only cure was one question. What ails you? Anakin Skywalker told the Jedi his mother was in pain, but they just gave him a new assignment. The soul has always known that a wound nobody names doesn't stay with the one who carries it. It leaks into the land. The father's blessing is the oldest hunger in it, older than any religion we have a name for. A son who never gets it doesn't stop needing it. He carries the need underground, and down there it changes shape. Anakin is that son. He's handed from man to man and none of them claims him. The Council is a room of fathers who refuse to be fathers. They tell him to let go of what he loves. To the soul that isn't wisdom. It's abandonment calling itself detachment. So the shadow father comes. In myth he always arrives exactly where the true father failed to stand up. Palpatine asks the question, but he asks the wrong one. What do you want, never what hurts. The unblessed son will take a false blessing over no blessing at all, and he'll pay for it with his face. They seal the mask on in the same hour his children are born. The archetypal wound has become a man. Napoleon walked the same road in real life. Fatherless at 15, took the crown out of the Pope's hands and set it on his own head. Self-coronation is what the orphan does when no one will crown him. He conquered Europe but the barren country inside him stayed barren. Napoleon never got his ending. But now Anakin does, and it comes from us. The audience. Lucas made him weak and whining, media critics shaped the narrative, and people hated him for years. Now a new generation defends him like a brother. We didn't change our minds about a movie. The archetype escaped from its maker. Once a myth opens the wound of the unblessed son, the collective soul won't let it stay open. It keeps returning to him, explaining him, redeeming him, because the pattern beneath the story demands an ending the original storyteller only half understood. The story DID know the ending. Luke comes to his father with no order and no offer. He throws down his weapon. He asks the Grail question with his whole body. What ails you, father? Then the wound finally closes, the mask finally comes off, and Anakin sees his son with his own eyes before he dies. The oldest version of this is in the Bible. The father running down the road to meet the prodigal. In Star Wars the son runs. The blessing has to cross the distance one way or the other. And the soul will keep telling the story until it does.

One of the many things I've enjoyed about Malfoid has been the attention given to the more neglected side characters. It makes the world feel so much more real and their stories have been very entertaining.
Replying to @Isaac556x45
Dont you worry, I wont. :)

I have to admit this is my favorite of all the versions. I just like the way the story and characterizations are handled the best.
GUYS, I'M DONE! 🎬🐍⚡ I've finished all the final touches! Now I just need to run some rendering and upload tests to make sure there are no issues with the audio or music. That's why I chose next Saturday as the release date. I'll keep you all updated! BTW, for those asking, this time it'll be YouTube only, but I'll share the link here before the premiere! THE YEARN NEVER ENDS! 💚

His first burger experience was Tommy's? Shin would have either smirked and gloated or told me "Yeah, I already knew that."
Sir Patrick Stewart describes his first experience of a Hamburger in America. (You’ll read this in his voice)

Perhaps we should have put our collective feet down when the same sorts of iconoclasts destroyed the Bamiyan Buddhas.
BREAKING: Rioters are trying to storm Opéra Garnier in Paris. The historic opera house was built 1861- 1875 at the behest of Emperor Napoleon III

Ah, the discovery of emergent symbolism. I'm so thankful I'm around to have seen this. (And watching how literary canon develops in real-time; my inner anthropologist hasn't stopped nerding out)
What are the actual odds that, in the same month we have the Malfoid movement, scientists just so happen to discover: 1. A heart shaped nebula in Cassiopeia (M-shaped constellation near Draco), & 2. The first ever instance of a green star in the universe in Draco itself??

Fanfiction is like karaoke. Everyone gets to sing. Not everyone can sing.
Most people aren't going to be pro athletes but they still can enjoy playing sports. Likewise, most people aren't going to be professional writers but they can still enjoy writing fanfiction. Fanfiction is a key way of engagement with fandoms and indeed, it is used as a reflection of how companies engage with those fandoms. If you cede the fandom spaces to leftists and degenerates, guess what? That's what the IPs get for data on how to proceed.

Busch Gardens has a bunch of new animals so now there are a couple of Arctic wolf yearlings who might as well be puppies. And apparently cheese is a favorite snack among all the wolves. The mystery of Sasa's cheese fiendery has finally been solved.

Alas, could not "say hi" to the Clydesdale. After the fact I realized he would probably be expecting treats that I did not have. Oh well.

Honestly, if Mixtape wanted an authentic 90s experience they should have just hired the Broken Turnstiles.

I kinda forgot the Cranberries were 90s though, since they seem so timeless to me. #RIPDoloresORiordan
