That's when I asked a question I didn't want to ask. When was the last time I smiled without force or outside influence? When was I happy without somebody else telling me I should be happy?
Charter is such bullshit. They never know notify you when your service is going to be down, and you're supposed to just pay for it when you don't get 24/7 access? Every second it's down I should be paid back.
