Constitutional Reminder: A search warrant does NOT mean someone is guilty. Due process means everyone has the right to be treated fairly under the law. A search warrant gives law enforcement permission to search under certain legal rules. It does not prove that a crime was committed. And what about the signed return of the search warrant? Has it been filed with the court? An investigation is not a conviction. A search is not proof of guilt. Everyone deserves due process including members of Congress. #ilhanOmar
