Anthropic's S-1 shows where the AI money goes: - Broadcom $161bn
- Google $114.5bn
- Amazon $110bn
- SpaceX up to $84.5bn
- Microsoft $44.9bn
- AMD 2 GW (undisclosed) That's ~$500bn of compute locked in across every major chip maker. No other AI lab is this diversified and every dollar Claude earns lands in Big Tech's backlog. $AVGO $GOOGL $AMZN $SPCX $MSFT $AMD
A year ago Anthropic spent $2.84 to bring in every dollar of revenue. Today its operating loss is just 4% of revenue which is insane $693mn on $16.3bn.🤯 Ignore the $80bn net loss you'll see in headlines by these bears. $72bn of it is a non cash accounting charge on convertible notes and it gets bigger the more the company is worth. In other words, the scary number is a side effect of success. The more important stody is that the most compute hungry business in the world is almost at break even while growing 14x.

A TON OF THINGS HAPPENED IN THE STOCK MARKET TODAY. Here's a full recap: 1. SpaceX $SPCX has signed a binding commitment letter with an Apollo Global Management-managed entity for a massive $40B GPU financing arrangement to support its expanding AI data center infrastructure. Under the proposed agreement, Apollo's entity would purchase GPU pods and related data center equipment and lease them to SpaceX, with approximately $40B in aggregate principal payments spread across lease terms of 5 to 5.25 years. The transaction is expected to close before year-end, with GPU deliveries and lease payments beginning in the first half of 2027. Importantly, the $40B figure excludes interest and additional financing costs, with the final borrowing rate still to be determined, highlighting the enormous capital requirements behind SpaceX's AI infrastructure expansion. 2. Anthropic has reportedly filed its S-1 for a U.S. IPO, seeking to list on the Nasdaq under ticker $ANT, with Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and JPMorgan leading the offering. The filing shows explosive growth, with H1 2026 revenue surging to $16.3B from $1.16B a year earlier, including $13.1B in consumption-based revenue and $3.2B from subscriptions. Anthropic now has more than 11,900 customers spending $100K+ annually, including 1,900 spending over $1M and approximately 250 spending over $10M, while net revenue retention reached roughly 900% as of September 30. Despite the growth, Anthropic reported an $80.7B net loss, largely driven by a $72.4B noncash fair-value charge tied to convertible notes, while its operating loss narrowed to $693M. The biggest revelation is the company's enormous AI infrastructure commitments extending as far as 2045, including approximately $161B in Broadcom TPU leases, $120.5B with SpaceXAI, $114.5B with Google, $110B with Amazon, $44.9B with Microsoft, and tens of billions more with Nscale, Lambda, and AMD, alongside roughly $245B in additional agreements signed after June 30. Anthropic also disclosed $131.7B in cash and short-term investments, plans to allocate 5% of its shares to a public benefit fund, and a governance structure preserving 50.1% voting control for its founders, highlighting both the extraordinary scale of its growth and the capital intensity of the frontier AI industry. 3. Barclays upgraded Tesla $TSLA to Overweight from Equal Weight, raising its price target to $450 from $370, as analyst Dan Levy sees an increasingly attractive risk/reward profile. Levy noted that much of the recent discussion surrounding Tesla has focused on a potential merger with SpaceX $SPCX, which he believes could result in a premium for Tesla shareholders. However, his bullish thesis extends beyond a possible combination, citing improving automotive demand, strong growth in Tesla's energy business, and a sharp acceleration in Robotaxi miles driven. Barclays also highlighted FSD adoption exceeding 75% of new North American vehicle deliveries, suggesting growing monetization opportunities for Tesla's autonomous driving technology. Together, these factors underpin the firm's more constructive outlook on Tesla's long-term growth potential. 4. Microsoft $MSFT is offering voluntary buyouts to approximately 60,000 employees, representing more than 25% of its global workforce, as the company moves to restructure parts of its operations. The program reportedly covers select teams across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and India, with eligible employees receiving severance packages in exchange for voluntarily leaving the company. Employees have until early December to decide whether to participate, with departures expected to take place by year-end. The move could represent one of Microsoft's largest workforce restructuring initiatives, although the final number of departures will depend on employee participation. 5. Samsung and SK Hynix are reportedly targeting Q2 2027 to begin mass production and shipments of 8-layer HBM4 memory for NVIDIA $NVDA, according to ZDNet Korea. The advanced memory is expected to be used in NVIDIA's next-generation Rubin Ultra rack-scale AI systems, supporting the growing memory requirements of increasingly powerful AI accelerators. While 12-layer HBM4 remains the primary focus throughout 2026, the share of 8-layer HBM4 shipments is expected to increase significantly beginning in mid-2027. The development highlights the continued expansion of the high-bandwidth memory market as Samsung and SK Hynix prepare additional capacity for NVIDIA's next generation of AI infrastructure. 6. The top 10 most active options today by contracts traded were $TSLA with 3.4M contracts, $NVDA with 3.1M contracts, $AAPL with 1.6M contracts, $MU with 1.3M contracts, $SPCX with 1.3M contracts, $META with 979K contracts, $AMZN with 884K contracts, $NFLX with 624K contracts, $INTC with 598K contracts, and $AMD with 550K contracts. 7. Meta $META announced plans to raise approximately $35B through new equity offerings, including $22.5B in Class A common stock through forward sale agreements and $12.5B in depositary shares tied to mandatory convertible preferred stock. The company is also considering a separate $60B offering program for its new nonvoting Class C shares beginning in Q1 2027, potentially bringing its total equity financing capacity to $95B, approximately $10B more than Google's $85B equity offering earlier this year. Interestingly, NVIDIA $NVDA, AMD $AMD, and Broadcom $AVGO have expressed nonbinding interest in purchasing up to $5B of Meta shares combined, potentially giving major AI chip suppliers direct equity exposure to one of their largest customers. The proposed financing comes as Meta prepares for unprecedented AI infrastructure spending, while its new Class C share structure, introduced alongside an effective 2-for-1 stock split, would allow the company to raise additional capital without issuing new voting rights. The full $95B remains potential financing capacity rather than a completed capital raise. 8. DoorDash $DASH is reportedly in advanced negotiations to acquire Instacart $CART, with a potential agreement expected as early as this week, according to the Wall Street Journal. The discussions follow earlier reports that Instacart had attracted takeover interest from both DoorDash and Uber $UBER, although talks with Uber are reportedly no longer active. A combination would significantly expand DoorDash's presence in online grocery delivery, combining Instacart's grocery partnerships and fulfillment technology with DoorDash's restaurant delivery network and logistics infrastructure. The potential acquisition could strengthen DoorDash's competitive position across local commerce, although no final agreement has been announced and negotiations could still fall apart. 9. The 10 largest U.S. leveraged equity ETFs attracted approximately $12B in net inflows over the past month, even as their combined market capitalization declined by $20B, highlighting aggressive dip-buying despite the broader market selloff. The surge was led by the Direxion Daily Semiconductor Bull 3X ETF $SOXL, which attracted a record $9B in inflows over just two weeks, while the ProShares UltraPro QQQ $TQQQ, which provides 3x leveraged exposure to the Nasdaq 100, recorded $1.3B in inflows, its second-largest two-week intake of 2026. Over the past five months, the 10 largest leveraged equity ETFs have collectively attracted $19B, suggesting that speculative investors are continuing to increase leveraged exposure to semiconductors and technology stocks even as market volatility and downside risks remain elevated. 10. Morgan Stanley strategist Michael Wilson expects the current U.S. equity market correction to eventually give way to a rebound as several major uncertainties begin to clear, including the midterm elections, AI infrastructure financing concerns, and tightening financial conditions. Wilson sees potential near-term downside for the S&P 500 $SPX to 7,100–7,200, but maintains a year-end base-case target of 8,000, suggesting meaningful recovery potential if market conditions improve. He identified liquidity constraints as the biggest immediate risk, while arguing that a potential Federal Reserve policy pivot could provide an important catalyst for equities. Morgan Stanley also pointed to historically strong 6–12-month stock market returns following midterm elections, supporting its view that the current correction could ultimately create buying opportunities rather than mark the end of the broader market cycle. 11. UBS pushed back against concerns that CoreWeave $CRWV could face a debt spiral as credit markets tighten, arguing that the company has multiple financing alternatives to support its AI infrastructure expansion. UBS highlighted opportunities to reduce reliance on traditional debt through private credit, vendor financing, and additional equity investments, similar to CoreWeave's recent transaction with Jane Street. Following meetings with private credit executives and data center developers, UBS said it “did NOT come away with a view that capital will be scarce in 2027,” suggesting financing conditions may remain more supportive than investors fear. Separately, Cantor Fitzgerald reiterated its Overweight rating and $176 price target on CoreWeave, citing the potential for delayed-draw term loan (DDTL) credit enhancements to attract additional lenders and new financing facilities to ease concerns over the company's access to capital. 12. The United States and Canada are reportedly negotiating a potential agreement to ease tariffs on Canadian steel and automobiles, according to Reuters, citing six sources familiar with the discussions. Negotiations are focused on Section 232 tariffs, including duties of up to 50% on Canadian steel and 25% on automobiles, with one Canadian source suggesting a deal could be reached before the November 3 midterm elections. U.S. officials are reportedly seeking additional concessions from Canada. The discussions come as President Trump has threatened to raise steel and auto tariffs to 50% beginning January 1, 2027, although he recently suggested the trade dispute could be resolved “soon.” Canadian officials described the negotiations as constructive, but no agreement has been finalized. WALL STREET IS THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH.

What Is Elliott Wave Theory? Elliott Wave Theory is a method of technical analysis that traders use to analyze and quantify price patterns in financial markets by looking at cycles. The theory believes that changes in investor sentiment and their psychology creates impulse waves and corrective waves inside the larger trends in market price action.  The theory attempts to forecast market trends by identifying the most extremes in trader’s collective psychology that create the highs and lows in price action. Ralph Nelson Elliott developed the theory of the underlying principles and created the analytical tools back in the 1930s. He believed that prices in markets play out in specific wave patterns, which his followers call ‘Elliott waves’. In 1938, he published this theory of market behavior in his book ‘The Wave Principle’. In 1946, he covered his Elliott Wave Principles most completely in his final book: ‘Nature’s Laws: The Secret of the Universe’. Elliott wave analysts believe that each wave has its own characteristic, which usually is a reflection of the psychology of the current market move.  Understanding the characteristic is thought to be the key to the correct use of the Elliott Wave Principle. Elliott Wave definitions below assume a bullish stock market; the characteristics apply as the opposite in bear markets. The five wave pattern inside the dominant market trend. Wave 1: Wave one is rarely obvious at its inception. When the first wave of a new bull market begins, the fundamental news is almost universally negative. The previous trend is considered still strongly in force. Fundamental analysts continue to revise their earnings estimates lower; the economy probably does not look strong. Sentiment surveys are decidedly bearish, put options are in vogue, and implied volatility in the options market is high. Volume might increase a bit as prices rise, but not by enough to alert many technical analysts. Wave 2: Wave two corrects wave one, but can never extend beyond the starting point of wave one. Typically, the news is still bad. As prices retest the prior low, bearish sentiment quickly builds, and “the crowd” haughtily reminds all that the bear market is still deeply ensconced. Still, some positive signs appear for those who are looking: volume should be lower during wave two than during wave one, prices usually do not retrace more than 61.8% of the wave 1 gains, and prices should fall in a three wave pattern. Wave 3: Wave three is usually the largest and most powerful wave in a trend, although some research suggests that in commodity markets, wave five is the largest. The news is now positive and fundamental analysts start to raise earnings estimates. Prices rise quickly, corrections are short-lived and shallow. Anyone looking to ‘get in on a pullback’ will likely miss the boat. As wave 3 starts, the news is probably still bearish, and most market players remain negative; but by wave 3’s midpoint, ‘the crowd’ will often join the new bullish trend. Wave 3 often extends wave 1 by a ratio of 1.618:1. Wave 4: Wave four is typically clearly corrective. Prices may meander sideways for an extended period, and wave four typically retraces less than 38.2% of wave 3. Volume is well below than that of wave 3. This is a good place to buy a pull back if you understand the potential ahead for wave 5. Still, 4th waves are often frustrating because of their lack of progress in the larger trend. Wave 5: Wave five is the final leg in the direction of the dominant trend. The news is almost universally positive and everyone is bullish. Unfortunately, this is when many average investors finally buy in, right before the top. Volume is often lower in wave 5 than in wave 3, and many momentum indicators start to show divergences, prices reach a new high but the indicators do not reach a new peak.

Particle accelerator experiments are helping scientists understand how matter can be created from energy through processes predicted by quantum physics. In quantum field theory, a vacuum is not simply empty space. Even when no real particles are present, quantum fields still exist and can exhibit fluctuations. One remarkable prediction is that sufficiently energetic photons can interact to produce a particle and its antiparticle. This process is known as the Breit–Wheeler mechanism, first described theoretically in 1934. In 2021, scientists working with the STAR detector at Brookhaven National Laboratory’s Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider reported evidence of this process. They studied near-miss collisions between gold nuclei traveling at almost the speed of light. The nuclei generated extremely powerful electromagnetic fields, allowing photons associated with those fields to interact. These interactions produced electron–positron pairs. Electrons are ordinary particles of matter, while positrons are their antimatter counterparts. The experiment demonstrated a fundamental relationship described by Einstein’s equation, E = mc²: energy can be converted into mass under the right physical conditions. Quantum physics also predicts that extremely strong electric fields can generate particle–antiparticle pairs through a related phenomenon called the Schwinger effect. Directly observing this effect in a pure vacuum remains an experimental challenge because the required electric fields are extraordinarily intense. These studies help physicists investigate the behavior of quantum fields, the relationship between matter and energy, and the fundamental properties of empty space. To hit a $30T economy by 2047 from ~$4.2T, India needs 10% sustained USD compounding. Historically impossible without deep-tech sovereignty. When China crossed $4T in 2008, its R&D intensity was 1.54% of GDP ($71B) vs India today at <0.7% (~$27B). China didn't rely on consumption; it ran capital-intensive mega-projects: 🔹 Foundational Pipelines: Programs 863 & 973 injected tens of billions early into basic physics, supercomputing & materials. 🔹 Aerospace Upgrading: The COMAC C919 & turbofan programs saw >$20B in direct state equity since 2008. 🔹 Semiconductor Sovereignty: National IC "Big Funds" deployed a massive ~$100B equity matrix (Phase I: $21.8B, Phase II: $29B, Phase III: $47.5B) to force local fabs, DRAM & lithography scaling. In 2024–26, China's central R&D spending exceeds $480B annually, backed by a new ¥800B (~$111B) NDRC supply-chain security mandate. India cannot out-compound this gap on services and light assembly alone. No R&D depth = no 10% structural growth.
#WATCH | Berlin, Germany | Union Minister Piyush Goyal says, "We are going to be a developed country, a 30 trillion dollar economy by 2047, and we will achieve it... On AI, we have a lot of work happening. In India, we have even startups working on frontier technologies, LLMs... Probably the largest pool of talent in the IT sector is India. So we used and leveraged what they have done and became the supplier to the world of talent to use those things... Similarly, we are not worried in the the new-age world. We are going to absorb AI, quantum computing, and all of these new technologies. Are young boys and girls going to be the only guys available to do cybersecurity and data scrubs..."

Meaning: She stays in the inner space of the Ājñā chakra and pierces the Rudra granthi. She ascends and resides in the thousand-petaled lotus (Sahasrāra), from where she showers the essence of divine nectar. -------------------- Commentary: Brahma Granthi, Vishnu Granthi, and Rudra Granthi are the three psychic/energetic “knots” (granthi = knot) in yogic and tantric physiology. They are said to obstruct the free upward flow of prana/Kundalini through the Sushumna nadi (central channel). When these knots are pierced or loosened through practice, energy can rise more freely toward the crown. Brahma Granthi = Survival instincts, material security, bodily identification, tamas. Vishnu Granthi = Emotional attachments, ego, relationships, desire for power/status, rajas Rudra Granthi = Intellectual pride, residual sense of separate self, subtle ego of the knower. They are the three main energetic blockages on the central channel that a yogi works to open so prana can move freely from the base to the crown. ------------- Yoga to break open Brahma Granthi = Moolabandha. Yoga to break open Vishnu Granthi = Uddiyana bandha. Yoga to break open Rudra Granthi = Jalandhara bandha. All three Bandhas (Locks) together form a Mahabandha (Great Lock)

The Arab slave trade trafficked over 20 million Africans into the Middle East. But today, there are hardly any Black populations in some of those countries. And it is not because they returned home. No. The reason is far darker than you imagine. The first thing Arabs did when they captured enslaved African men was castrate them. Their testicles were crushed between rocks. Sometimes the penis was cut as well. Thousands died from the procedure. This ensured that these men could never father children with enslaved women. It also meant they could never have children with their own women. They were stripped of their ability to reproduce, denied the chance to build families, and worked to death.
