Can anyone please explain to me why the Chancellor paying £100 into my bank account to help me pay my energy bill - which I can easily afford and will be rising by far more than that sum anyway - is going to help the economy or deliver growth in every postcode?

A gang of Afghan "asylum seekers" ran a grooming gang in Norwich, a court heard.
Jamil Khalili, Ahmadin Ahmadzai, Fazal Auryakhel, Qais Kaker, Mohammed Farooq Shinwary, Ali Ahamad, Sayed Wahid Davodzai and Bilal Shinwari.
They earlier denied 38 charges, including rape and facilitating human trafficking.
The allegations concern two girls who were in their early to mid teens at the time.
