At a perfect vacuum and at sea level you can suspend 14.7lb per square in of surface area that is in the normal plane to the road surface.
It’s not about the suction force alone. There is a limit. If the car pulled a perfect vacuum on its underside the maximum weight it can hold upside down is related to the surface area on which atmospheric pressure can act.
