We are a local Pre-school based in West Hallam Village. All activities are play based, stimulating and promote the seven areas of learning.

To celebrate Grandparents day we would like to invite grandparents to an event on Friday 2nd October. This Event will take place from 9.30am until 11am. It will be a chance to take part in crafts, cake decorating and many other lovely things.

The children have worked really hard on the scarecrows and the well dressing. A shout out to Hannah and Liz for their hard work on the Scarecrow and well dressing. A shout out to Chelsie for her work on drawing all of the bunting and then she worked with the children to make it.
Just a reminder to please apply sun cream before your child comes to Pre-school. We will of course top up and reapply. Can we also please remind you that children need an ice pack in their lunchboxes, unfortunately we do not have fridges big enough to fit everyone’s lunchbox.
It’s well dressing time! Can anyone please help with donations of blue hydrangeas and sturdy green leaves please.

Due to the extreme heat and children leaving early we have made the decision to pause our summer event for the next two days and continue into next week. Our Tombola, chocolate Tombola, balloons and bottle pull stalls will continue into next week.
Due to high temperatures school are allowing children to be picked up from 1.30pm. If you would also like to collect your preschool child can you please come to the preschool gate before or after you collect your school child. We are obviously doing our best to keep children cool

We will be doing everything we can to keep everyone safe this week. We are joining forces with reception to play in the shade under the trees. Encouraging children to drink more and trying to encourage them not to run as much as normal, amongst other measures.
