Eventually Boaz married Ruth
They had a son named Obed.
Obed became Jesse’s father.
Jesse became David’s father.
And generations later…
Jesus would come
through that same family line.
Think about that for a second.
Ruth entered Bethlehem
as a grieving widow with almost nothing.
And God placed her
inside the ancestry of a King.
Grief sometimes makes us forget that
just because one chapter ended…
doesn’t mean
God stopped writing.
The new chapter
doesn’t erase what you lost.
But loss does not get
