Good morning! πβπΏ
I banged out this little illustration yesterday between other projects.
Went to the beach and watched my footprints fade away in the waves.
Thought a lot about life/death.
Came home to find out we lost Sir Patrick Stewart. π« π dang.
2010 me is always sending present day me good vibes from another time and place.
Still the same rabble rouser at heart, I just don't look like a total punk anymore π
Good morning!
I painted a hat over the weekend ... now I have a last minute chanterelle costume for Halloween. πββοΈπ
Cutesy time is over. π

Quick timeline of the Bongino Block Party
Me: posts joke about block party
@OwenShroyer1776: i'll host it
Audience: this is hilarious
Blocked people: I'm in
Not-blocked People: I want to get blocked
Bongino & Co: you're leftist losers and you're obsessed with me, I own you, you are jealous of my success, posts tweet about it, employees tweeting about it, engaging with comments about it, signals interest in counter party, changes X bio to mention how he "blocks imbeciles"
Us: should we get a bounce house?
Hang it in your kitchen to ward off vampires.
Also making fire cider with our own ginger, turmeric, garlic and peppers this weekend. π€©
Slice across the top so that every clove it just barely exposed - pour olive oil on top, cover and put in oven and it becomes a tacky garlic spread.
Peel the clove, cover in honey.
Look up a fire cider recipe and make the most pungent one you can handle to keep all things sickness away!
Plant garlic 2 - 3 inches, one clove, wrapper on, pointed up, base down, mulch with leaves some other organic matter - enjoy more garlic.
Open clove, bite clove, eat clove raw.
Chop clove finely, brown in a pan, add butter, use on steak.
Making food? Did you forget the garlic - add garlic.
Give garlic to friend and family as gift.
Join me for more garlic information - we're planting next week!
I am pretty sure I befriended a bake-danuki (shapeshifting tanuki) named Shinosuke when I was living in Tokyo.
He worked at a falafel shop called Falafel π King that was open at magical hours and never on a schedule. Rare for Japan.
It was either gate up or gate down to signal the availability of falafel ... more often than not the gate was down.
Shinosuke wore a patchwork housecoat, blasted Ott's 'Skylon' and spoke riddles in broken English. I think about him a lot. π¦
