Stellenabbau: Die niederländische Großbank ING kündigt den Abbau von rund 400 Arbeitsplätzen weltweit an. Betroffen sind vor allem Tätigkeiten in der Verwaltung. Auch Deutschland dürfte betroffen sein. Die Restrukturierung kostet zunächst 175 Millionen Euro und soll ab 2028 jährlich 75 Millionen Euro einsparen.
Gewinndruck: Im dritten Quartal 2026 erzielte ING einen Nettogewinn von 1,85 Milliarden Euro und verfehlte damit die Erwartungen von 1,97 Milliarden Euro. Die Risikovorsorge stieg auf 403 Millionen Euro. Gleichzeitig sanken die Provisionserträge im deutschen Privatkundengeschäft bereits das dritte Quartal in Folge.
Der Stellenabbau zeigt, dass selbst profitable Großbanken ihre Kostenstrukturen zunehmend unter Druck sehen.
