I am tired.
I will still be offline.
Goodnight again.
I am tired of a lot including stuff I would rather not say.
D: .. yikes ...
.. I haven't even touched Twitch in a long time but .. oof.
Microsoft has filed a patent for an AI system that could rewrite what people say during livestreams in real time. It could change words depending on who's watching, taking into account their age, location, and language.
The idea is to clean up broadcasts by removing filler words, censoring swearing, or even replacing certain words.
The AI could also adjust the speaker's lip movements so viewers wouldn't notice anything had been changed.

things I've learned about True Love by going through people's things after they die
1. everyone keeps the hand written note, so write the handwritten note, people keep things that pull at their hearts and one that seems to be extremely repetitious is hand written notes

the romanticization of OCD, BPD, Depression etc has genuinely made it so that whenever someone talks about the ugly side of these illnesses, people label them as a freak. and i think thats extremely fucked up, actually

I think people are so determined to make this observation more palatable that theyβre missing the actual point. Yes, trauma responses are negatively interpreted. And what happens when people negatively interpret you? They dislike you. They label you toxic, bitter, annoying, obsessive, unstable and difficult to be around. Thatβs precisely what Iβm describing.
People are often more comfortable siding with an abuser because the abuser isnβt asking anything of them. The victim, however, is asking them to exercise empathy, discernment, integrity and sometimes accountability. One personβs distress disrupts their comfort; the otherβs composure preserves it.
Iβve experienced this firsthand. When I started speaking about my abuse, I wasnβt met with compassion. I was called annoying, obsessed, bitter, scorned and low vibrational. I lost support because I was no longer the happy-go-lucky person people enjoyed being around. My suffering became an inconvenience to people who had no interest in understanding it.
Thatβs the point. Victims donβt just experience the abuse. They can also experience social rejection for exhibiting the psychological consequences of that abuse. And instead of acknowledging that reality, people keep trying to repackage it into language that makes it sound less uncomfortable. Iβm not talking about people who recognize their limitations. Iβm talking about people who actively dislike, discredit and socially punish victims for being visibly traumatized.

It's not that you are unlikeable, but rather than all your energy is focused on surviving, trying to make sense of what has happened, retracing your step, searching for safety within yourself and your environment. In a moment like that, it's hard to prioritize your social impact
And what if it is both?
Doesn't anyone know?
(I do.)
This is exactly why you don't loud broadcast if you archive something.. ya'll defeating the literal purposes of archives by having this shit on here like that.. and announcing it no less.. yeesh.

Fucking morons did the same thing when the original switch 1 emulators dropped. Practically spamming every Internet forum and then cried when Nintendo took it down.

CPTSD survivors aren't getting f*cked up about things in the past. We're responding to things happening in our body, our nervous & endocrine systems, today.
Telling a survivor to "let it go" misses the point of what's actually, physically happening, here, now.
hey guys !!
bit of a sad post but this is something that is very important to me and i feel like there should be more awareness around it <3
the stats for adult gender service referrals in the uk have recently been released and it is incredibly heartbreaking to see.

in 35 yearsοΌ someone will ask me about your laugh or the shape of your eyes and i will describe them in excruciating detail. i will describe you like youβre carved at the back of my hand.
Eugenicist logic of it being "well disabled people are the first to die; I guess let them".
You are a fucking daft mf ass, if your first thought isn't to 1st take care of someone who is more vulnerable to become hurt or die.
You all forgot your humanity, if you see people as β
Humans are social creatures normally by nature and take care of eachother.
The system pushing for isolative individualism and shaming community bonding and support, is also just as much apart historically of said fascism you all claim to not want but refuse to fight the β
To ever discount others around them and the effect they may have on another person or society itself by acting like this and shaming everyone for relying on one another.
Guess what, society is a group of people who are all supposed to actually give a fuck.
Stop falling β
