This article goes on about the @FTC analyzing whether youtube mislead their creators about what content they are allowed to post, only to br later terminated or demonetized.
Like I said before; transparency has become a huge issue in this termination/demonetization story. The policies on youtube's own website do not give clear directions . It's not just "scorned creators" complaining about this.

My lawyers sent YouTube a formal demand letter weeks ago.
They followed it with four reminders.
A few days ago they sent a final letter giving YouTube 14 days to reinstate monetization — or we will escalate it.
Let that sink in.
Zero strikes.
Zero warnings.
Zero real answers.
Just a formal legal demand, four reminders, and a final 14-day deadline — all met with silence and a copy-paste reply. (Below is a copy of one of their templated replies. It is generic as my demonetization was accused of misleading family content and youtubes legal team reply goes on about copyright issues)
I spent years building Reborn Diaries to 140,000 subscribers and over 64 million views. YouTube approved the channel for the Partner Program, then suspended monetization, withheld my earnings, and left me without that income.
I have asked for one thing:
A genuine human review of the actual evidence.
@TeamYouTube, this is beyond ridiculous.
You still have a short window to look at what happened and resolve this before it ends up in court.

My support case (2-8688000042238) has been marked “In Progress” since October 20, 2026, but I’m still waiting for a meaningful response addressing my situation.
I’ve appealed, contacted support, and explained that I created and edited my own Roblox Shorts. Yet I still don’t have a clear explanation of what specifically caused my channel to be terminated for Spam, deceptive practices, and scams.
Behind every channel, there is a human being. and this was something I worked hard to build.

You have forced my hand to delete 7 Years of hard work. And I did so because I thought I would definetely get my monetization back. This way my other channels would stop being demonetized due to "related channel"
But NO.
3 of my channels are demonetized stil for no valid reason.
I am losing out on more than $10,000 a month from this unfair demonetization.

YouTube terminated both my channels for Circumvention of Channel Termination and my appeal was rejected within an hour or two. How can such a serious decision be made so quickly? Was my case even reviewed by a real person?😭
My main channel was created in 2023 long before the other account was logged in on my device in 2025. I never created my channel to bypass anyone’s termination yet I’m the one paying the price.🙂
And this is what scares me most: when accounts are linked through a shared device, could an innocent creator lose everything without anyone taking the time to understand the actual situation?
We put our creativity time and years of effort into building something on these platforms. We deserve more than an automated decision and another copy-paste response. 💔
I’m not asking YouTube for special treatment. I’m asking for a fair HUMAN review of my case. Just one real person willing to look at the timeline, examine the facts and hear my side before deciding that my entire journey deserves to end.

Proof of Good Standing: 0 active warnings and 0 strikes prior to being nuked.
Proof of System Flaws: Instant <3-minute appeal rejections and support tickets explicitly admitting "we have no access" to internal review logs.
Legal Documentation: Official EU DSA dispute filings (Case 20260828-0062).
What specific steps or proof are left to show that an automated bot made a false-positive error on a safe community link on a Short? I am not asking for special treatment.
I am asking for basic due process—ONE human Trust & Safety specialist to manually open my case file and inspect the actual channel logs instead of sending copy-pasted templates.
