Reese's Pieces have no chocolate in them. The peanuts had their oil pressed out and a cheaper fat put back in.
Sugar is first, then partially defatted peanuts, then hydrogenated palm kernel and soybean oil, then corn syrup solids. Everything after that is 2% or less, and it's the dyes, the glaze, some vanillin and a little milk. There's no cocoa anywhere.
Partially defatted just means the peanuts went through a press. The peanut oil comes out one side and gets sold as peanut oil. What's left is a dry peanut flour, and that's what the center is made from, because flour holds a shape in a panning drum and doesn't go rancid. Then they put fat back in, and the fat they picked is hydrogenated palm kernel oil, which is solid at room temperature and costs less than peanut oil. You can see the swap on the panel. 38 pieces have 6 g of fat and all 6 are saturated. Peanut oil is mostly unsaturated, so that number isn't the peanut.
The shell is sugar with 4 dyes and a coat of shellac.

Now we know why Trump fired the lady in charge of the jobs reports.
He took liberties with the jobs data by rounding up by 90%.
Now apply that to all the other bullshit financial data he’s been spewing for two years.

His hedge fund lost 88% of its value from 2017 to 2023, from over $5 billion to just under $60” million. George Soros took his investment back. Enough said.

Are we really gonna have a live TV firing squad in America? Can we all just say No!!! This isn’t what America stands for. It’s not what the military stands for. At what point do we all say enough!!!! I’m saying it !
.@YouTube why is my music curation so much better on the video app vs the .@youtubemusic app I pay like $30 a month for? As an $GOOG shareholder please make something about your consumer efforts make sense.

The hottest phone in America right now is a $100 landline with no screen.
Tin Can launched in April 2025, sold out batch after batch, and has moved hundreds of thousands of units. Greylock led their $12M seed in December. The three founders came out of a Seattle real estate startup that shut down the year before.
The product is anti-tech. The growth engine is pure Silicon Valley.
Calls between Tin Cans are free. Calling regular phone numbers runs about $8 a month per line. So every family that buys one immediately starts recruiting other families, because the phone gets more useful and cheaper with every friend who joins. A referral loop, dressed up as a toy.
Then they went after schools. Tin Can gave 300 families at one school free phones. In week one those kids logged 1,500 calls and 75 hours of talk time. The average kid in that community now has close to 30 Tin Can contacts, and kids there have called each other 29 of the last 30 days.
The lock-in works on parents too. Once your kid's entire friend group is on Tin Can, you're not canceling, and you're in no rush to hand them an iPhone either.
Tin Can figured out the stickiest part of a smartphone is the friend list. They kept the friend list and threw out everything else.
The Tin Can maybe be the best gift I’ve ever given my children.
They’re little WiFi telephones. Kids get their own phone number, but I control all access through the app.
My little boys can call me, mommy, grandparents, each other, and 911. That’s it.
(And those are the only numbers that can call them. Totally safe.)
$8/mo per line. Easy peasy.
Love it for a few reasons:
• Random phone calls from your little ones at work is life giving
• They can stay in touch with their grandparents, and surprise them with calls
• They have a way to call 911. Like most houses, we’re cell phone only these days. Having this method for them to contact grandparents or 911 for an emergency is a comfort.
No affiliation to them. Just love the product and wanted to share.

The CIA has a secret medal for the most courageous acts done in its service, a near equivalent to the Medal of Honor. Toby tracked down the stories behind all 39 of them - an extraordinary act of reporting. You’re not going to want to miss this.
Exciting news - my new book “The 39: Uncovering the Secret Heroes of the CIA” will be published by @simonschuster on March 23, 2027. My first Substack post has all the details: tobyharnden.substack.com/p/m…

Hey, I’m just asking questions. Ignorant questions, bigoted questions, questions that have been repeatedly answered for many years. Sorry, but I’m not listening to answers right now; I’m far too busy asking questions. It’s called being intellectually curious.

At the midpoint (75 launches) this is an 80% cut in forecasted 2027 Starship launches by Musk. Seems material. $SPCX
So it only took 8 weeks for Musk to go from "at least one [Starship] flight a day, possibly more" by August 2027 to now suggesting 1-2 launches per week next year. As I said at the time, Musk's statements on the Q2 earnings call just weren't believable xitter.cf/theinformation/status/…

Can you imagine someone from $AAPL or $GOOGL releasing a new product and then posting the way @alexandr_wang has to promote it?!
No?
That is the point and why $META actually has a better chance than most think to win the consumer.

Jack Smith: I stand by my decisions as special counsel, including my decision to bring charges against President Trump. Our investigation developed proof beyond a reasonable doubt that President Trump engaged in serious crimes against our nation. The charges against President Trump were the result of the evidence. Rather than accept his defeat in the 2020 presidential election, he engaged in a criminal scheme to overturn the results and prevent the lawful transfer of power.
Interesting.
The routine that closed the VMAs was choreographed by Damien Jalet, the same man behind the murder dance in Suspiria, Thom Yorke's Anima, and Madonna's Madame X tour. He's spent 20 years making crowds move like one organism, and most people watching have never heard his name.
Watch the clip again. No single dancer performs the wave that rolls across the risers. Each one runs the same move a half-beat behind the person beside him, and the wave is what your eye assembles from dozens of tiny delays. Same physics as a stadium wave, drilled down to the frame.
Yung Lean's job is the opposite. He stands nearly still in the center while everything churns around him.
Stillness reads as power when the whole frame is chaos.
The original Storm video came out in April, directed by Romain Gavras, who builds his films around masses of real people where other directors would reach for effects. Which is the part that hits hardest in 2026. Anyone can generate a scene like this now. Your brain watches it differently when it knows every body on that stage is real and every ripple was rehearsed.

Ainda estou tentando entender como “STORM”, de GENER8ION e Yung Lean, com a coreografia absurda de Damien Jalet, saiu do VMA 2026 sem um prêmio. Quatro indicações e nenhuma vitória. #VMA

Somehow live is better than the music video. Whoever choreographed the video had a 1of1 moment in their creative life. Taking something standard, reordering it, and making it the defining concept. May we all experience that once in our professional life.
