Ian is only 17 months old. He deserves the chance to grow up, play and make memories with his family. His heart surgery is funded, but he still needs help getting ready. Give through Mobile Money to help him take that next step.

I once trusted some 'car AC technician' who was recommended to me by a friend. For nearly a year, I've been fixing the AC, but it only works briefly, mainly when the weather is cool. However, I found Meddie Mulangwa, the owner of H&B Auto Garage in Kyanja, who fixed the problem in one day. He checks for free and let's you know what you need to replace, and once you have the money, you call him to sort you out. He is one of the most reliable AC guys you need to reach out to. I got to know him from his Facebook AD but had to test him first. This is his contact: +256752645934

Sad!
Life!
You plan your 24th wedding anniversary. Your wife moves ahead to Tanga, Tanzania, to wait for you at a hotel because you, instead of flying, have chosen to get there through your passion (biking). You lead your nine fellow bikers from Uganda, through Kenya to Tanzania. And as you approach Tanga, a truck knocks you dead.
Rest well Dr Stephen Asiimwe.

I lost my 3-year-old beautiful daughter on 12/06/2023 at Kampala Hospital. It initially started with what I was told was a “bacterial infection.” She was later diagnosed with pancreatitis, and I spent about 2 weeks in hospital with my little girl, watching her go through unimaginable pain. At one point, they were managing her pain with a fentanyl patch. A FENTANYL PATCH!!!!!!!!!! 😭😭😭😭😭😭 Imagine watching your 3-year-old child in that much pain. On Saturday, 10th June 2023, she ran away from her admission bed to me, so hot like a frying pan, and told me, “Dad, let’s go home.” 😭😭😭😩 After an MRI/CT scan done at Kampala Imaging Center on Balintuma Road, the radiologist clearly said that “it wasn’t coordinating.” The scan itself took about 20 minutes, but it took another 50 minutes to print the images. After a lengthy conversation on a call with Dr. Stella Nimanya, I was told they needed to take her to theatre and perform an operation to find out what was happening. I assented. I signed the surgical papers. And I watched them take my daughter to theatre. She was alive. I will never forget that. “Dad, bye….” 😭😭😭
Then she suffered her first cardiac arrest. When they went in, they discovered that her bile duct had ruptured. They resuscitated her, completed the operation and took her to ICU. I watched them fight to save my little girl. Then, at 1:07am, she suffered a second cardiac arrest. At 2:37am, she suffered a third cardiac arrest. And that was it. I lost my daughter. 😭😭😭😭😭 I wanted to fly my child out for treatment. I was ready to do whatever it took, whatever it cost. But I was assured that everything was under control. That is the part that still breaks me. I trusted that she was in safe hands. I was her father. I was supposed to protect her, but there I was, standing in a hospital, watching my 3-year-old daughter fight for her life, completely helpless. And after all that bullshit, you still have to pay huge sums of money. 😭😭😭
Uganda’s health sector is fucked up. Even when you have money and are ready to do everything possible to save your child, you can still find yourself completely helpless. I almost sued those mfs. I really did. But I kept it cool because what the hell was I supposed to do after losing my child? How do you sue your way back into holding your daughter? How do you sue your way back into hearing her voice? How do you sue your way back into seeing your 3-year-old beautiful girl again? You can’t. She is gone, and I have to live with that for the rest of my life. I now understand why people with power and money often seek treatment outside Uganda when they fall seriously ill. When it is your own child lying in that hospital bed, you realise that having money and being willing to do everything possible still does not mean you can save them. My daughter went into theatre alive. I left the hospital without her. I will never forget that. Never. 😭😭😭😭😭
The now-deceased Tooro kingdom leader visited some high-end hospitals in Kampala after feeling persistent backpain. X-rays, MRI scans later, they told him they saw nothing.
Being a person of means, he flew to a hospital in Nairobi where he was diagnosed with cancer. A year later he was dead. What did the doctors in Nairobi see that the Kampala ones couldn’t?
Well, Nairobi has a Positron Emission Tomography (PET) scan or a few. Kampala and the whole of Uganda don’t. A PET scan costs about $3m (Shs 11.7bn) or approximately 17 Land Cruisers.
If there was a meeting of government officials, you would run out of space to park them. That is how many we have in Uganda but a PET Scan is not something we have been able to buy and install yet.

Which district is this?
RDC has vomited the shs 1m bribe she took. And immediately, more allegations were fronted against her.
1. She took shs 7m out of PDM funds
2. She took a shs 3m bribe through her secretary (she confessed it)
3. When PDM funds go to wrong people and you raise complain through her office, she uses it as an advantage to take bribe.
4. she brought people from other districts to get PDM funds in Bududa.
" Hon. Minister @BalaamBarugahar I am telling you, don't waste your time, just take this lady, you can transfer her, do anything, she will get problems here in Bududa....You lady you are a thief, you ashame women"
Ehhhhh.....just how rotten is the RDC's office in Bududa? Remember Deputy RDC is already in the coolers, the Assistant RDC and the entire RDC staff have already been arrested.
Madam @millybabalanda these ones just remove them from our system. This is so shameful.

King Oyo had children.
“We shall do everything within our means to stand with and lobby for his children.
King Oyo has left them at such a tender age, and he himself was still young.
We were fortunate to have people who cared for us and guided us when we were young. My heart goes out to his children.
We shall not abandon them; we must protect, support and help them carry forward their father’s legacy,” says Prince Bagaya Elizabeth, speaking about the children of the late King Oyo.

Corruption in kasese was exposed fully!
Whistleblower: "...We have evidence whereby recordings are there, the applicants communicating with the members of the Service Commission. We have agreements whereby after these people had failed to get jobs, they made agreements that they will pay back that money.
We even have cases at police whereby the one Kabyanga Rebecca, the member of their committee, went to police to pay back money. Statements are there, we have the reference. Then, the agent of Service Commission, one Masereka Alex who uses the name of the chairperson LC5, Mr. Muhindi Eliphazi, to be his brother and extorts money from people to connect them to Service Commission to get jobs. Masereka Alex...
...One job costs 30 million in Kasese. 30 million to get a job in Kasese. That is the District Service Commission that we have in Kasese..."

SAD 😔
An institution takes your money.
You raise concern about it.
They run to court.
You are damaging their name.
You smile, for it is a Temple of Justice.
Court orders you to pay them more.
More than they took from you.
And add a Fine to the state, plus costs.
You are raped in turns.
From all angles and directions.
Violent untamed erections.
Penetrating every innocent part.
Judges hold you down.
With huge wooden hammers.
Suffocating you with wigs.
For the institution to sodomise you.
After the bloody orgy.
They masturbate on your pleas.
Singing songs to the Load above.
Celebrating a triumphant rape.
What about the voiceless?
The wretched down there.
With no one to hear them scream.
Does justice ever visit them?
