In September, I set a goal of 400K steps, but I couldn’t hit it because on some days, my body and legs simply refused to cooperate. 😂😭
So what did I do in October? Instead of setting a more reasonable target like a normal human being, I decided to increase it to 500K steps. Because apparently, I enjoy giving myself unnecessary assignments. 😂😂
Well, ladies and gentlemen, I am happy to announce that I didn’t just hit my 500K steps goal, I SURPASSED IT! 💃🏾💃🏾🔥
Half a million steps in one month! Somebody shout POWERRRRR! 💪🏾😂
Some days were easier than others, but I kept showing up, listening to my body when I needed to rest, and reminding myself that consistency matters more than perfection.
Here’s to setting big goals, surprising ourselves, and celebrating every win, no matter how small or big. ❤️
