348 Labour MPs earning £91,346 a year (many of whom get their heating costs in their second homes paid by taxpayers) voted in parliament to take away the winter fuel allowance from millions of pensioners. Their conceit, nefariousness and hypocritical entitlement is disgraceful.

This boils my blood like you wouldn’t believe / not four weeks in and they keep children in poverty, push more pensions into poverty, meanwhile giving Charlie and Camilla more of our money that they don’t need. Shameful and disappointing

I’m glad King Charles has been given a 53% pay rise. Hopefully he’ll be able to afford that roomier golden carriage he’s always wanted, for when he‘s due to make a speech about child poverty.
So @pamela_nash please explain to me how children in Motherwell, Wishaw, and Carluke are going to benefit from you voting against an amendment that would have lifted a significant number of families out of poverty. Is this really the change the country needs - I don’t think so!
