An ICE agent is in custody at a hospital after police say he was shot after assaulting an elderly man and his daughter at a home in Fresno.
Fearing for their safety, officers say the 72-year-old man pulled out a gun and shot 32-year-old David Gonzalez when he got physically aggressive with the man and his daughter.
